Dear Catholic Friends:

A blessed Feast of the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary to you all!

Although, lack a "stats meter" to measure this website's audience, I have utterly no idea how many people access this site and less yet of how many of those people actually read my articles and reflections, it has become necesssary to update this page for the first time in eight months as I must raise $2,500 by Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the Feast of Saint Teresa of Jesus, the great reformer of the Carmelites and thus the foundress of the Order of Carmel, Discalced (OCD).

Non-tax-deductible gifts of any amount, no matter how small, will help me to raise the funds that are needed. 

Although I am not as prolific as I was, say, a decade ago, I still do what I can as I am able, and there have been a lot of commentaries in the past few months that have required a great deal of time and effort to complete. The work of this site is done for the honor and glory of the Most Holy Trinity and in the hope that these articles are of benefit to those who read them. 

Unfortunately, though, I am not independently wealthy and my monthly Social Security payment is very meager, which I am appealing to those who derive some benefit from my commentaries and the financial wherewithal to make a non-tax-deductible financial gift to do so as soon as possible,
