As has been documented on this so many times in the past, most hospitals today are run and staffed by modern-day Aztecs who are eager to declare living human beings dead when they are still very much alive. A supposed medical “declaration” of “brain death,” which is myth invented by medical ghouls intent on finding a way to create a market of transplantable human organs, makes possible the vivisection of living human beings.  

In most cases such declarations of “death” and/or decisions to cease treatment on a patient after a few days or a few weeks are accepted by relatives out of respect for the “expertise” of those who have a vested interest in turning a profit on the dismemberment of living human beings. It is only occasionally that a family actually has the courage to challenge the diagnoses made by supposed medical “experts,” although more and more people are learning the truth of the manufactured, profit-making that is “brain death” thanks to the work of the heroic Dr. Paul A. Byrne and, among other groups, Life Legal Foundation.

The killings that take place at the direction of men and women with medical degrees who wear white smocks that are being done with under the cover of the civil law as men and women wearing black robes as members of the judiciary dispense with the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural with the ease of the judges in Nazi Germany who enforced the Nuremburg Laws, which “legalized” execution of various categories of “abnormal” human beings according to the pseudo-science of eugenics that had been developed by British and American utilitarians in the late Nineteenth and early Twentieth Centuries.  

Although the pseudo-science of eugenics, which were embraced and popularized by the likes of Margaret Sanger and the scions of the Rockefeller Foundation a century ago to promote contraception of a form of both “population control” and eugenics, was “cancelled,” if you will, in the aftermath of World War II, it began to resurface in the 1960s by the early advocates of decriminalizing the surgical execution of the innocent preborn. This was followed in quick and very logical order the invention of the “myth” brain death by a committee at the Harvard Medical School ad hoc Committee to study "brain death" as the new criteria for death, which was done to justify the execution of Denise Darvall in Cape Town, South Africa, after she had been declared "brain damaged" after an automobile accident on December 2, 1967.

Dr. Christian Barnard decided to experiment with this young woman the following day, December 3, 1967, injecting her beating heart with potassium to paralyze it. Denise Darvall was declared "dead" at this point. She was then killed in actual point of fact when Drs. Christian and Marius Barnard removed her heart to transplant it into the body of a a fifty-four year-old diabetic with incurable heart disease, Louis Washkansky, on December 3, 1967, who lived for all of eighteen days thereafter. An industry of body-snatching had been born that would have pleased the darkened heart of Montezuma so very much. As we know all too well today, sixty-seven years after the execution of Denise Darvall, scientists and medical doctors have played God with innocent human life. Preborn innocent human life can be executed with legal impunity up to and including the day of birth in some American jurisdictions (see, for example, Pro-life group demands ABC News publicly correct debate moderator’s abortion claim, Fact-check: Late-term abortions and infanticide happen, and Democrats defend them, and Legendary NFL coach Tony Dungy calls out NAACP's lie that abortion can't happen in 9th month), and everyone after birth is vulnerable to be “diagnosed” as “brain dead” for purposes of vivisecting them for their vital bodily organs or to be starved and dehydrated to death if they are “diagnosed” as being “brain damaged” and/or to be in a “persistent vegetative state,” something that was reviewed early last month in As Utilitarian as the Nuremburg Laws Themselves, or subjected to “palliative care,” which is euthanasia by another name (see Chronicling the Adversary's Global Takeover of the Healthcare Industry and Life, Death, and Truth: Under Attack by Medicine and Law), and many are there in the medical industry who support both assisted-suicide and physician assisted-suicide.

It should be remembered that Adolf Hitler lost World War II, but his iron rule of eugenics has won the day in the so-called “civilized” West. Hitler himself rose to power precisely because of the systematic effort of Judeo-Masonry to remove the authority of the Catholic Church in matters pertaining to the good of souls by advocating secular civil states that were themselves made possible by Martin Luther’s revolution against the Divine Plan to effect man’s return to God through the Catholic Church. It is the absence of the Social Reign of Christ the King as it must be exercised by Holy Mother Church that has made possible the tyrannical reign of the adversary over men and their nations that makes all innocent human beings potential targets of our modern Aztecs in medical smocks and judicial robes.

One of the latest to be subject to this tyranny was the late Amber Ebanks, who died on September 6, 2024, after being denied food and hydration even though her condition met neither of the two conditions required by the so-called Universal Determination of Death Act for doctors to make the phony diagnosis of “brain death.”

The following report was written before Amber Ebanks died after being declared “brain dead” and denied even basic bodily hygiene as she was starving and dehydrating to her actual death on September 6, 2024:

Amber Ebanks, a 23-year-old Jamaican business student, drove herself to Montefiore Hospital in the Bronx for elective surgery on July 30. But her procedure went awry, leading to an intraoperative stroke and brain swelling that worsened over time. Now, her family iIn February, Amber was found to have a ruptured arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a tangle of abnormal arteries and veins in her brain. Thankfully, after the rupture she was able to return to life as normal. Her doctors recommended that she undergo an embolization procedure to clot off the abnormal blood vessels in her brain in hopes of preventing further rupturing and brain damage. Unfortunately, during the embolization procedure, one of the major arteries supplying blood to Amber’s brain was unintentionally occluded, and her procedure was also complicated by a type of bleeding around the brain called a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Thus, she was taken to the ICU, placed in a medically induced coma, and treated for brain swelling.

Just 10 days later, on August 9, her doctors declared her to be “brain dead.” But there were problems with this diagnosis. The Determination of Death statute in New York and the Uniform Determination of Death Act (UDDA) both state:

“An individual who has sustained either:

  1. irreversible cessation of circulatory and respiratory functions; or
  2. irreversible cessation of all functions of the entire brain, including the brain stem, is dead.”

Amber Ebanks meets neither the first nor the second of these criteria. Her circulatory and respiratory functions continue: her heart is still beating, and her lungs are absorbing oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide. And she does not have the irreversible cessation of all functions of her brain, since she is maintaining her own body temperature, which is a brain function.

Moreover, the new 2023 American Academy of Neurology brain death guideline indicates that metabolic derangements such as high serum sodium levels may confound a brain death evaluation. According to Dr. Paul Byrne, Amber’s sodium levels were very high prior to her brain death determination, with readings over 160meq/L (normal sodium levels range from 135-145 meq/L). Not only can high sodium levels cause abnormal brain functioning, but they can also cause blood vessels in the brain to rupture, causing more brain bleeding – the very problems that Amber’s doctors should be interested in preventing. Also, even though high levels of carbon dioxide are known to exacerbate brain swelling, her doctors have not been checking these levels or adjusting her ventilator settings to prevent such derangements.

In addition to her ongoing heart, lung, and brain functions, Amber has continuing liver and kidney function. And presumably she still has digestive function, even though the hospital has been refusing to feed her since she came in for her surgery on July 30th. A patient cannot be expected to improve neurologically without nutrition.

Not only is Montefiore Hospital refusing to feed Amber, it’s refusing to provide her with basic wound care and hygiene. When Dr. Byrne, a board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist and brain death expert, flew to New York to see Amber this past week, Amber’s sister Kay showed him a maggot she had removed from her sister’s hair. Referring to hospital personnel, Kay Ebanks said in an ABC News article, “They are some of the cruelest people I have ever known.” Most of Amber’s family lives in Jamaica, and her father has been struggling to get a visa in order to come and see his daughter. Meanwhile, the hospital actually suggested that family members say goodbye to her over the phone.

Dr. Byrne and Dr. Thomas M. Zabiega, a board-certified psychiatrist and neurologist, have both evaluated Amber’s case. They have submitted sworn affidavits that Amber Ebanks is alive, and believe that she has decreased blood flow to her brain causing a quietness of the brain known as Global Ischemic Penumbra (GIP). During GIP, the brain shuts down its function to save energy, but the brain tissue itself remains viable. Drs. Byrne and Zabiega recommend additional time and treatment such as adjusting Amber’s sodium and carbon dioxide levels and treating hormonal deficiencies. They have testified that with proper medical treatments she is likely to continue to live and may obtain limited to full recovery of brain functions, even possibly recovering consciousness.

And there are other health care professionals who are willing to help Amber heal. A long-term care facility on Long Island called New Beginnings has agreed to care for Ebanks for as long as her family would like. “Everybody needs hope. You can’t just give up. Can’t just take them off life support when she needs more time,” New Beginnings founder Allyson Scerri said.

Nevertheless, doctors at Montefiore Hospital are adamant that Amber is “brain dead” and want to disconnect her from her ventilator over the objections of her family. Despite the testimony of qualified doctors and experts, the judge assigned to her case is requiring that a New York-licensed physician be found to evaluate Amber and give testimony about her condition. Until then, Amber remains unfed, uncared for, and neglected in an American hospital, to the point of her sister having to remove vermin from her hair.

Amber Ebanks is very much alive despite receiving little to no ongoing treatment to assist with the healing of her brain. She does not meet the medical or legal criteria for death. All she needs are proper ventilator therapy, a balancing of her fluids and electrolytes, nutrition via a feeding tube, and hormonal replacement: treatments that are commonplace in medicine today. It is shameful that her family has had to beg for these treatments and even go to court to try to force the hospital to provide them. As noted above, Amber Ebanks died as a result of the abject neglect of the sort that, if denied to a dog or act, would subject on to criminal prosecution for the endangerment of a pet. It is a sad commentary that living human beings must be killed by the deliberate neglect of those whose profession is supposed to be dedicating to the prevention of disease and the healing of patients who contract a disease or suffer an accident while strict laws exist to prevent cruelty to animals. Mind you, as the son of a veterinarian and a pet owner—and more importantly as a Catholic, I know that the deliberate mistreatment of domestic pet is forbidden by precepts of the Seventh Commandment. However, unlike animals, who possess moral souls that do not possess the capability of moral reasoning and whose lives end after death, human beings have rational, immortal souls made in the image and likeness of the Most Blessed Trinity and must be treated in accord with Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ’s solemn words:

All things therefore whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you also to them. For this is the law and the prophets. (Matthew 7: 12.)

I was naked, and you covered me: sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me.  37 Then shall the just answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, and fed thee; thirsty, and gave thee drink?  38 And when did we see thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and covered thee?  39 Or when did we see thee sick or in prison, and came to thee?  40 And the king answering, shall say to them: Amen I say to you, as long as you did it to one of these my least brethren, you did it to me 

41 Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels.  42 For I was hungry, and you gave me not to eat: I was thirsty, and you gave me not to drink.  43 I was a stranger, and you took me not in: naked, and you covered me not: sick and in prison, and you did not visit me.  44 Then they also shall answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to thee?  45 Then he shall answer them, saying: Amen I say to you, as long as you did it not to one of these least, neither did you do it to me.

 46 And these shall go into everlasting punishment: but the just, into life everlasting. (Matthew 25: 36-40.)

Killers in white smocks and black robes walk amongst us as we are all at the nonexistent mercy of the merciless.

Every aspect of the education, internship, residency and “continuing education” programs of physicians (and every medical specialty) is based upon assessing a patient’s “quality of life” according to utilitarian standards that, in plain English, arrogate unto mere men to determine who is “deserving” to life and who must be put on path to “ease” them out of them pain and then into the grave according to a “plan” that they have convinced the patients and/or his relatives to accept after using an entire range of psychological pressure, subtle and overt depending upon the level of acceptance or resistance, to secure their consent and their submissive compliance.

To give just one example of how pervasive the system of “palliative care” has become, it is very commonplace for patients suffering from old-fashioned vascular dementia or from Alzheimer’s Disease to be pressured by “healthcare” providers to convince spouses, children or other relatives to dispense what can be called the “palliative care package” of pills and potions designed to make the victim patient “comfortable” but are designed to send their loved one into a coma, whereupon another set of pills are prescribed that finish him off once and for all.

As this is just standard procedure across the world, those who have are suffering from dementia of one sort or another are especially susceptible to having their lives ended when their lives are considered to have lost “meaning.” Elderly people suffering from declining cognitive abilities are likely to have their lives ended in their “merciful” manner. However, believing, informed Catholics know that this is murder, plain and simple, disguised to look like an act of “compassion” to alleviate human suffering. It is no such thing. 

The situation is so very bad that almost everyone over the age of seventy, a group that includes this writer, of course, is being scrutinized he has the misfortune of walking into a conventional physician or specialist’s office. This scrutiny usually starts with the medical records assistant, whose job it is to talk to the patient to make a psychological assessment as to his “quality of life.”

Does the patient feel “safe” at home?

Does the patient get his vaccinations regularly like a good, compliant lemming?

Is the patient aware of his surroundings?

Is he deemed to be suffering from financial distress, conflict at home or other signs of agitation?

Is the patient likely to be accepting of or resistant to the course of treatment recommended by the “healthcare” team?

Is the patient overweight or underweight, unkempt, disheveled, overly fussy, or fidgety?

Do you think that I am making this up?

Hardly.

Here is an example of how one is assessed when one visits an orthopedist to receive a diagnosis of “end stage” osteoarthritis of his knees:

General, neuro, psychiatric, respiratory, cardiovascular, GI, GU, blood and lymph, EENT musculoskeletal, skin, and endocrine systems are normal.

How can a determination be made about one’s psychiatric condition from a casual observation during a visit to an orthopedist, no less make medical judgments about bodily systems that have not been examined during the visit? 

Medical professionals believe that they are competent to make such snap judgments, which become part of a patient’s permanent medical record, and it is an everyday occurrence for these professionals to determine that patients who have some chronic condition that is not life-threatening must be eased into “comfort care,” thereby making patient an unknowing accomplice in his own execution over the course of time.

Not only is the medical industry using a form of utilitarianism to dispense with the “useless” and the “hopeless,” they are cooperating with their lords and masters in Big Pharma to depopulate the earth by means of contraception, abortion, surgical sterilization, and the sterilizing agents placed into vaccines to which the Palestinians, who are being subjected to an ongoing genocide by the Israeli Defense Force at the direction of the leaders of the Zionist State of Israel, are going to be given by the very misnamed World Health Organization.

What necessitated this campaign other than the adversary himself?

An outbreak of polio caused by a mutated virus in an oral polio vaccine!

JERUSALEM (AP) — The U.N. health agency and partners are launching a campaign starting Sunday to vaccinate 640,000 Palestinian children in Gaza against polio, an ambitious effort amid a devastating war that has destroyed the territory’s healthcare system.

The campaign comes after the first polio case was reported in Gaza in 25 years — a 10-month-old boy, now paralyzed in the leg. The World Health Organization says the presence of a paralysis case indicates there could be hundreds more who have been infected but aren’t showing symptoms.

Most people who have polio do not experience symptoms, and those who do usually recover in a week or so. But there is no cure, and when polio causes paralysis it is usually permanent. If the paralysis affects breathing muscles, the disease can be fatal.

The vaccination effort will not be easy: Gaza’s roads are largely destroyed, its hospitals badly damaged and its population spread into isolated pockets.

WHO said Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Israel for limited pauses in the fighting to allow for the vaccination campaign to take place. Even so, such a large-scale campaign will pose major difficulties in a territory blanketed in rubble, where 90% of Palestinians are displaced.

In its first statement on the campaign, Israel said Saturday that the vaccination program would continue through Sept. 9 and last eight hours a day.

On Saturday, Gaza’s Health Ministry announced a soft start to the vaccination campaign, with a small number of children receiving doses in the southern city of Khan Younis.

How long will it take?

A three-day vaccination campaign in central Gaza will begin Sunday, during a “humanitarian pause” lasting from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m., and another day can be added if needed, said Dr. Rik Peeperkorn, WHO’s representative in the Palestinian territories.

In coordination with Israeli authorities, the effort will then move to southern Gaza and northern Gaza during similar pauses, he said during a news conference by video from Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.

Who will receive the vaccine?

The vaccination campaign targets 640,000 children under 10, according to WHO. Each child will receive two drops of oral polio vaccine in two rounds, the second to be administered four weeks after the first.

Where are the vaccination sites?

The vaccination sites span Gaza, both inside and outside Israeli evacuation zones, from Rafah in the south to the northern reaches of the territory.

The Gaza Health Ministry released a list of roughly 160 sites across the territory — including medical centers, hospitals and schools — where the vaccinations will take place. Most of the sites are in Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah, where the population density of children under 10 is the highest.

Where are the vaccines now?

Around 1.3 million doses of the vaccine traveled through the Kerem Shalom checkpoint and are currently being held in “cold-chain storage” in a warehouse in Deir al-Balah. That means the warehouse is able to maintain the correct temperature so the vaccines do not lose their potency.

Another shipment of 400,000 doses is set to be delivered to Gaza soon.

The vaccines will be trucked to distribution sites by a team of over 2,000 medical volunteers, said Ammar Ammar, a spokesperson for UNICEF.

What challenges lie ahead?

Mounting any sort of campaign that requires traversing the Gaza Strip and interacting with its medical system is bound to pose difficulties.

The U.N. estimates that approximately 65% of the total road network in Gaza has been damaged. Nineteen of the strip’s 36 hospitals are out of service.

The north of the territory is cut off from the south, and travel between the two areas has been challenging throughout the war because of Israeli military operations. Aid groups have had to suspend trips due to security concerns, after convoys were targeted by the Israeli military.

Peeperkorn said Friday that WHO cannot do house-to-house vaccinations in Gaza, as they have in other polio campaigns. When asked about the viability of the effort, Peeperkorn said WHO thinks “it is feasible if all the pieces of the puzzle are in place.”

How many doses do children need and what happens if they miss a dose?

The WHO says children typically need about three to four doses of oral polio vaccine — two drops per dose — to be protected against polio. If they don’t receive all of the doses, they are vulnerable to infection.

Doctors have previously found that children who are malnourished or who have other illnesses might need more than 10 doses of the oral polio vaccine to be fully protected.

Are there side effects?

Yes, but they are very rare.

Billions of doses of the oral vaccine have been given to children worldwide and it is safe and effective. But in about 1 in 2.7 million doses, the live virus in the vaccine can paralyze the child who receives the drops.

How did this outbreak in Gaza start?

The polio virus that triggered this latest outbreak is a mutated virus from an oral polio vaccine. The oral polio vaccine contains weakened live virus and in very rare cases, that virus is shed by those who are vaccinated and can evolve into a new form capable of starting new epidemics. Here you see but another example of the Lockean construct about which I lectured in my political science classes for over thirty years and have discussed on this site at least thirty or forty times.

Here is a refresher course.

John Locke is the father of the political ideology of “liberalism,” which contends that social problems may be resolved by the creation of structures, sanctioned by the majority, and that such structures may be reformed or enlarged by subsequent majorities over the course of time. All political ideology is, as Russell Kirk noted in The Roots of American Order, inverted religion, an effort to replace Christianity as the foundation of social life by convincing mere creatures that they, by their own unaided powers, can make the world “better” without ever addressing the root causes of those problems.

As noted above, John Locke wrote The Second Treatise on Civil Government, which established his understanding of democracy as being a form wherein the people voluntarily relinquished their claim to total liberty in order to enjoy the protection of their basic rights and liberties (life, liberty and property) by a government they create, elect and participate in.

Locke based his philosophy upon the following premises:

1. The human being lived originally in a “state of nature,” where there was to be found no law, no organized society and thus no order. In such a situation, the human being was incapable of realizing the protection of his basic rights of life, liberty and property.

2. As noted above, in the state of nature everyone was “free” to do as he pleased.

3. Such “freedom,” though, carried risks within the “state of nature” as some human beings used their freedom to violate the rights of others.

4. Lacking any organized means to deal with the risks that existed in the state of nature, Locke hypothesized, without specifying when this happening or how, that a majority of “reasonable” men gathered together to perfect the state of nature in which the human beings were at risk of losing their rights to life, liberty and property.

5. These “reasonable men” conclude that the state of nature was defective and that the human being had to be taken out of it in order to be governed by a government created by and with the consent of those to be governed.

6. The price of protecting basic rights and liberties would be the forfeiture of the claim to total liberty. That is, human beings must voluntarily relinquish (give up) their claim to “total liberty” in order to enjoy the protection of their rights to life, liberty and property by a government of their own creation.

7. Thus it is that Locke believed government was not part of the very nature of things, that is was an artificial “imposition” upon the human being that could, if left unchecked, serve as a threat to the human being.

8. The supposed “safeguard” in Locke’s construct would be the creation of a government by a “majority” of reasonable men, who would devise, whether in a formal (or written) manner or an informal (unwritten) manner a “social contract” to bind the community together in a set of rules to be administered by elected officials serving in government structures.

9. If, however, the problems sought to be ameliorated or resolved by the government created by the social contact continue or, worse yet, worsen, then another reasonably majority of men could arise to revised or expand existing structures and/or to create new ones to “fix” that which had gone unresolved.

This is the essence of liberalism, therefore, and its influence is vast on both the so-called “left” and “right” in the United States of America today. Lockeanism also influenced some, although not all, of the framers of the Constitution of the United States of America. Lockeanism convinces human beings, who are mere contingent beings, that is, beings who did not create themselves, and whose bodies are destined for the corruption of the grave until the General Judgment of the living and the dead on the Last Day. In other words, political ideology convinces men that they are “gods” who can decide for themselves how to “improve” or “perfect” a world brought into disorder caused by their own sins. Remember, even Plato and Cicero, pagans who did not believe in Divine Revelation, understood the connection between order in the soul and order in society.

The flaws of the John Locke’s ideology are as follows:

1. The “state of nature” never existed. There never existed a time when human beings lived in a moral vacuum, devoid of hierarchy and of any means of external governance over them. Again, even pagans understood this from the use of reason. Christians understand that God Himself, the Most Blessed Trinity, is the true Governor of men Who has ordained laws to govern the physical properties of the universe and Who has ordained laws to govern men in the moral choices they make. The “state of nature” is pure mythology.

2. All human problems, therefore, are the result of man’s fallen nature, something that many of the founders understood:

A principal difference between the American Revolution and the French Revolution was this: the American revolutionaries in general held a biblical view of man and his bent toward sin, while the French revolutionaries in general attempted to substitute for the biblical understanding an open optimistic doctrine of human goodness advanced by the philosophes [the false philosophers] of the rationalistic Enlightenment. The American view led to the Constitution of 1787; the French view, to the Terror and to a new autocracy [Napoleon Bonaparte]. The American Constitution is a fundamental law deliberately meant to place checks upon will and appetite. The French innovations would endure no such checks upon popular impulses; they ended under a far more arbitrary domination. (Russell Kirk, The Roots of American Order, p. 29.)

3. Importantly, Locke confused liberty with license. Having the physical ability to perform an act does not mean that one has the moral right to commit it. Thus, one does not have the freedom morally to push his neighbor in front of an oncoming subway train. How can it be said, therefore, that one is giving up his “freedom” not to commit an act that is of its nature morally wrong.

4. Locke thus conclude erroneously that government is an artificial imposition upon human society that takes men out of the state of nature in order to protect their rights to life, liberty and property that he said were at risk in the state of nature. Government is not an artificial imposition upon human society. As noted in number two, supra, government and hierarchy are simply part of the nature of things.

5. Locke trusted naively in the infallible reasonableness of the majority. Locke could not conceive of a circumstance whereby a majority would be composed of anyone other than reasonable men. As we know, of course, the crowd is often wrong. The crowd on Good Friday, motivated by our sins having transcended time, cried out for Barabbas and called for the Crucifixion of their very Redeemer. The mere fact that a majority supports or opposes something at a given point in time means nothing if what is supported or opposed is wrong in and of its nature. Democracy is not about giving the “majority” whatever it wants. This is the same as mobocracy.

6. Locke believed wrongly in the ability of mere structural reform to solve perfect the “state of nature,” that is, to “resolve” social problems once and for all. Such a belief, while held most sincerely by most people alive today, treats the symptoms of problems rather than the root cause of those problems. Without understanding that the root cause of social problems is fallen human nature—and hence remediable only by constant conversion to holiness on a daily basis), the human being becomes convinced that he can create THE solution to the problems of war, poverty, homelessness, economic injustice, racism, greed, environmental pollution, and the like. The fact that such problems remain, if not worsen, does nothing to convince Lockeans of the rightness of their position.

Similarly, there are those who believe that the mere expenditure of funds on social problems will result in the resolution of those problems. The failure of such programs to work (urban poverty remains high, teen unemployment rates, especially in urban areas, remains high, drug abuse is on the rise across all segments of society, many schools produce students who are functionally illiterate and are unable to speak in grammatically correct English, being ignorant, through no fault of their own, in basic facts of world and American history) does nothing to cause such ideologues to rethink their basic premises. The same is true of those who believe that the mere expenditure of money will produce a stronger defense of the nation (or those who think that the elimination of weapons by itself will produce peace). There were wars long before there were modern weapons.

The belief in structural reforms as the means to resolve social problems leads the human being to believe in self-redemption. This is the same thing as the heresy of Pelgianism, the belief that human beings can more or less “save” themselves by stirring up within the souls graces necessary to “do” whatever it is they set their minds to doing without any type of supernatural assistance.

7. Locke’s system leads to frustration. If one believes that structural reform in and of itself is the means to resolve social problems, then one is bound to lead a life of utter frustration. The person who believes that “others” are responsible for their problems are rootless and restless, constantly searching for “external” solutions to ease their sense of unhappiness (an unhappiness that originates interiorly within themselves). Similarly, a society seeking in good faith to deal with serious problems will find itself quite frustrated when the problems remain despite the “best” efforts to eradicate them. New solutions are therefore proposed as the “next step” to resolve problems that will only worsen over times. Karl Marx, for example, saw the failure of liberalism while living in London, England, and proposed what he thought was the ultimate solution: communism, which was to produce “peace and justice” by killing off the bourgeoisie (the capitalists) and redistributing their wealth so that a “classless” society could emerge wherein all no cause for envy, war or competition would exist.

Locke’s influence on modern thought is profound even though most of the men who framed the Constitution of the United States of American had made a break with some of Locke’s simple-minded majoritarian formulae for secular self-redemption. As a practical political matter, however, Locke’s ideas—and those of the French Revolution—became the basis of American politics, public-policy making and jurisprudence.

Unfortunately for Locke, you see, social problems cannot be ameliorated merely by the creation of structures devised by “reasonable men” and sanctioned by the majority.

All problems in the world, both individual and social, have their remote causes in Original Sin and their proximate causes in the Actual Sins of men. There is no once-and-for-all method or structure by which, for example, “peace” will be provided in the world by the creation of international organizations or building up or the drafting of treaties. 

There is no once-and-for-all method or structure by which, for example, “crime” will be lessened in a nation by the creation of various programs designed to address the "environmental" conditions that are said to breed it.

The only way in which social conditions can be ameliorated is by the daily reformation of individual lives in cooperation with the graces won for men by the shedding of the Most Precious Blood of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ upon the wood of the Holy Cross and that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces. And to the extent that social structures can be effective in addressing and ameliorating specific problems at specific times in specific places, those who create and administer them must recognize their absolute dependence upon God's graces and that there is no secular, non-denominational or inter-denominational way to provide for social order. Social order and peace among nations depend entirely upon the subordination of the life of every person and the activities of every nation to the Social Reign of Christ the King as it is exercised by the Catholic Church.

In the present instance, you see, the United Nations and its adjunct, the World Health Organization caused an outbreak of polio by a corrupted virus within an oral polio vaccination.

The solution?

More vaccines, each of which contain agents to sterilize woman, a phenomenon that has occurred in Third World countries, especially Africa, with the tetanus vaccine, and that is occurring in many instances with the abortion-tainted jabs that were developed during Donald John Trump’s warped Operation Warp Speed that have caused countless thousands upon thousands of deaths and injuries in the United States of America and all throughout the world, including, of course, the heretofore unheard of epidemic of “sudden deaths” that are beyond the supposed ken of medical science to determine but are in fact directly to the vaccines.

Here is a report about a study made by Japanese doctors concerning the incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis caused directly by the Wuhan Virus vaccines:

Nearly 10% of people in Japan who reported having myocarditis or pericarditis after receiving an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine died from the condition after they received the vaccine, a new peer-reviewed study found. Fatality rates were highest among men under 30.

However, the study authors downplayed the finding by reporting that “overall outcomes were good,” according to Dr. Peter McCullough — a cardiologist and author of more than 1,000 publications — who analyzed the study on his Substack.

“In the COVID-19 crisis,” McCullough said, “we have learned to look at the data and the analyses ourselves because there are usually very important results downplayed by the authors — this time it is vaccine myopericarditis mortality.”

McCullough combined the numbers from the study’s results for myocarditis and pericarditis cases to show that 97 of the 1,014 (9.6%) myopericarditis cases were fatal.

Myopericarditis is an umbrella term for myocarditis, inflammation of the heart, and pericarditis, inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart.

“A 9.6% case fatality rate for a vaccine side effect largely in young healthy men is astronomical and clinically unacceptable,” he said.

McCullough criticized the authors’ conclusion that “overall outcomes were good.”

“This can never be the conclusion when the case fatality rate was 97/1014 cases,” he said.

The study authors extracted data from April 2004 to December 2023 in the Japanese Adverse Drug Event Report (JADER) — a large database for public reporting of adverse events — among people ages 12 and up who experienced myocarditis or pericarditis after getting an mRNA COVID-19 shot.

Among 759 reports of vaccine-induced myocarditis and 255 reports of pericarditis, 84 (11%) and 13 (5%) individuals died after getting an mRNA COVID-19 shot, respectively.

The study, which is in press, was available online early this month in the Journal of Infection and Chemotherapy.

The Defender reached out to the study’s corresponding author — Kazuaki Taguchi, Ph.D., with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Keio University in Tokyo — for comment about the team’s conclusions but did not receive a response by the deadline.

Japanese males under 30 ‘should promptly seek medical assistance’

Taguchi and his co-authors said they undertook the study to clarify the association between mRNA vaccines and myocarditis/pericarditis.

They concluded that in the Japanese population, COVID-19 mRNA vaccination was “significantly associated with the onset of myocarditis/pericarditis.” They noted that influencing factors included being under 30 years old and male.

Japanese males under 30 should “promptly seek medical assistance for inspection and treatment upon experiencing chest symptoms after vaccination,” they wrote.

For the study, the authors first looked at adverse event reports to determine how soon after an mRNA vaccination people reported the onset of myocarditis or pericarditis.

While onset varied from one to 64 days after vaccination, the majority of cases occurred within a week of getting the vaccine. They noted that prior studies found a similar trend.

“Considering the results of the present study and previous reports,” they wrote, “it is necessary to pay particular attention to the onset of myocarditis and pericarditis within 7 days after SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination.”

The authors then analyzed the outcome of the myocarditis and pericarditis cases — such as full recovery, remission, ongoing or increased symptoms, or death.

Among the cases they analyzed, half of the people who reported getting pericarditis and nearly half (47%) of those who reported getting myocarditis recovered, they said.

Another 37% and 31% of pericarditis cases and myocarditis cases, respectively, reported being in “remission.”

They noted that a “severe outcome” or “non-recovery” — but not death — occurred in 8% (20) of the pericarditis cases and 11% (80) of the myocarditis cases. As noted earlier, death occurred in 11% of the myocarditis cases and 5% of the pericarditis cases.

The authors appeared to not investigate the amount of time between onset and outcome.

The Defender asked the authors whether they looked at the length of time between myopericarditis onset and each of the outcomes they noted. After our publication deadline, they responded via email:

“In the Japanese spontaneous adverse event reporting system, record on the time of outcomes such as death from administration/vaccination is lacking. It is possible that the outcome of individual death in our article includes the cases that died beyond 64 days from vaccination.

“Therefore, the exact number of case who died within 64 days of vaccination, and the length of time between onset and death, are not known.”

The Japanese study received no funding from any government agency, for-profit or nonprofit group.

‘These data are just the tip of the iceberg’

According to McCullough, “These data are just the tip of the iceberg,” as prior studies suggest the risk of heart damage goes up roughly 2.5% with each successive booster and that half of myopericarditis cases may be subclinical, meaning asymptomatic.

The Japanese study looked only at the reports from symptomatic myopericarditis cases.

Taguchi and his co-authors said they couldn’t analyze the relationship between the number of vaccinations and the risk of myocarditis/pericarditis “due to the difficulty in determining the timing of the dose.” They called for more research.

McCullough said the Japanese data may not accurately show all cardiac harm caused by mRNA COVID-19 vaccines because some subclinical myopericarditis cases may only manifest later on as cardiomyopathy, heart failure or sudden death. These cases may not have been reported by December 2023.

Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle that causes the heart to have a harder time pumping blood to the rest of the body, which can lead to symptoms of heart failure, according to the Mayo Clinic.

CDC fails to mention risk of death from vaccine-induced myopericarditis 

McCullough pointed out that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) official guidance to U.S. healthcare practitioners regarding myopericarditis in teens and young adults after receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine fails to mention that the condition can be fatal.

The CDC’s Clinical Considerations website states:

“The severity of myocarditis and pericarditis cases can vary; most patients with myocarditis after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination have experienced resolution of symptoms by hospital discharge.”

McCullough said, “Hospitalization is a concerning outcome for any young person after taking a vaccine that should be safe and have a meaningful health benefit.”

The CDC’s Myocarditis and Pericarditis After mRNA COVID-19 Vaccination website similarly neglects to mention that the condition can be fatal.

The Defender asked the CDC if it plans to update the website by notifying the public about the risk of fatality but did not receive a response by the deadline. (Study Finds 9.6% Fatality Rate Among People Who Reported Myocarditis or Pericarditis After an mRNA COVID Vaccine.)

The growing reports of adverse effects from  the Wuhan Virus caused the United States Food and Drug Administration to shut down its Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System (VAERS) and to refuse to meet with vaccine victims and/or their surviving relatives:

Despite public statements by government officials affirming the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines in early 2022, documents obtained by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) reveal that, at that time, public health officials were increasingly concerned about vaccine-related adverse events.

The 300 pages of documents released on Aug. 22 contain private correspondence from 2021 and early 2022 between U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) officials, and emails from vaccine-injured individuals to NIH scientists.

CHD requested the documents via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2022. In April 2023, CHD sued the NIH to obtain the records after the agency failed to respond. In an October 2023 settlement, the NIH agreed to produce 7,500 pages of documents at a rate of 300 pages per month.

Last month’s tranche of documents showed that in late 2021 and early 2022, FDA and NIH officials privately expressed concerns about the growing rate of adverse events related to the COVID-19 vaccines — concerns that reached high-level FDA officials.

A Jan. 24, 2022, email (pages 239-240) to Dr. Janet Woodcock, the FDA’s principal deputy commissioner of food and drugs, and Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, alerted them to the existence of “scientific data” regarding adverse events.

However, she added that the FDA was “not having in person meetings” at that time but stated that “something could be set up for a discussion between the scientists but it would need to be scheduled to ensure the right people attend.” She did not clarify who the “right people” would be.

On the same day, Marks also responded to the email, stating that the FDA has “connected with” NIH researcher Dr. Avindra Nath — who was studying vaccine-related adverse events — and was “also working through contacting other physicians as well.”

Marks added that he “sent a note to our pharmacovigilance group to see if they can free up time today or tomorrow” but said that “setting up a virtual meeting at some point in the near future when there is more time to plan participants and the agenda may make sense.”

There is no indication as to whether this meeting ultimately took place.

The emails followed just months after another NIH scientist, Farinaz Safavi, M.D., Ph.D., of the NIH Division of Neuroimmunology and Neurovirology, appeared to acknowledge the potential dangers of COVID-19 boosters.

In a Sept. 30, 2021, email (page 129), Safavi told a vaccine-injured individual, “We do not have any data to suggest for or against booster shot [sic] but the consensus among our team is not to take if patient develop [sic] significant neurological complications post vaccine.”

The individual emailed Safavi earlier that day asking whether it was advisable to receive the then-new COVID-19 booster, despite saying that “nothing has really changed” regarding their symptoms. “I think my ears are still off, but I have gotten used to it.”

The injured person previously contacted Safavi earlier in 2021 complaining about injuries sustained following vaccination — describing in a March 26, 2021, email (page 136), “severe paresthesias in my face and scalp and tongue and chest band tightness,” and “severe muscle spasms in my scalp and jaw and even my gums and teeth hurt.”

Vaccine injury victims felt ‘very betrayed’

But while some people injured by the vaccines received replies and advice from NIH scientists, the latest documents showed that many others received no such replies. Some sent desperate emails to NIH scientists asking for help or an update.

For instance, in a Jan. 14, 2022, email (pages 234-235) to Nath, a vaccine-injured person praised Nath for his previous work helping the vaccine-injured, but then noted that he and other NIH scientists subsequently abandoned them. The email stated, in part:

“Dr. Safavi left a vaccine injured chat last September, something strange was going on. The active engagement from the spring and summer was replaced with distance and vague responses, then nothing. But then some people get telehealth visits, and vague responses … and others are told ‘there is no research’ and that’s it for them.

“I am sure you would understand now why the hundreds+ who were turned down for any assistance are now extremely upset after waiting for so long … many feel very betrayed. They have been waiting and waiting, all while suffering every single day. … The conversation isn’t happening. They are dying.”

Marks and other FDA officials appear to have met with vaccine-injured individuals a few months prior, according to an Aug. 18, 2021, email sent to Nath (page 283). In that email, the vaccine-injured person wrote:

“Our ‘injured’ MDs and I are meeting with peter marks and paul Richards [sic] at the FDA Monday morning. I have discussed this with Janet Woodcock and Paul for the last few weeks.

“Hopeful they will be willing to help us ‘nobodies’ in our quest to get medical help for people, or any sort of acknowledgement so people are able to begin dialogue with their home physicians.”

Some victims said Marks blew off scheduled meetings with them.

Dr. Danice Hertz, a retired gastroenterologist from California injured by the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 shot she received in December 2020, previously told The Defender that she and a group of vaccine-injured individuals secured a Zoom meeting with Marks in early 2021 — which he then skipped.

Previously released documents from CHD’s lawsuit against the NIH contained emails showing that Marks and Woodcock were aware of reports about COVID-19 vaccine injuries in early 2021, including emails from injured people throughout 2021 and 2022 seeking help regarding their injuries.

Previously released documents also revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci received such emails during the same period.

Other documents indicate that, as early as January 2022, NIH researchers were aware of at least 850 peer-reviewed case reports and/or research articles about COVID-19 vaccine reactions.

In one email (name and agency redacted), NIH researchers were told the federal government was “saddled” with the “mess” of dealing with those injured by the COVID-19 vaccines, due to the liability shield enjoyed by vaccine manufacturers.

Marks, FDA still publicly claim COVID shots are safe and effective

Marks continues to promote the COVID-19 vaccines as safe and effective and downplay the extent and severity of vaccine-related adverse events.

Last month, he advised the public to get newly updated formulations of the COVID-19 shots, stating the new vaccines “meet the agency’s rigorous, scientific standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality.” He said vaccination “continues to be the cornerstone of COVID-19 prevention.”

In a subsequent interview with NPR though, Marks hedged on the question of how effective the new vaccines are.

“The vaccine is not intended to be perfect,” Marks said. “It’s not going to absolutely prevent COVID-19. … But if we can prevent people from getting serious cases that end them up in emergency rooms, hospitals or worse — dead — that’s what we’re trying to do with these vaccines.”

During congressional testimony in February, Marks said, “There was a signal for myocarditis or pericarditis only after the primary vaccination series with the Pfizer mRNA vaccine in those 12 to 17 years of age, and that now that signal is not being seen more recently.”

Marks also claimed that numerous false reports are submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), though other experts have disputed this assertion.

However, Marks also acknowledged that the FDA was overwhelmed with adverse event reports after the COVID-19 vaccines became available, stating that “the avalanche of reports was tremendous.” (FDA Blew Off Scheduled Meetings With COVID Vaccine Injury Victims, Emails Show.)

What do when there is an avalanche of adverse vaccine effects?

Simple.

Shut down the reporting system and deny the existence of such effects.

These unelected bureaucratic apparatchiks are simply playing their part as pawns and stooges in the plan of Antichrist to effect a global totalitarianism that will result one day in his actual presence on earth prior to the final battle with Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Himself.

Thus, the genocide taking place in Palestine is but a small part of the global genocide against innocent life from the womb to the tomb in the name of depopulation to “save the planet” from “global warming” and thus to serve as a playground for the jet-setting, carbon-footing elites who believe themselves to be the masters of the universe.

Yes, there are e men and women in white coats in hospitals and hospices who routinely dispatch human beings by various devices, including increasingly higher doses of Dilantin and potassium chloride and morphine. The same "profession" that gave us baby-killing, both by chemical and surgical means, under cover of law has given us, first in a de facto manner and now in a de jure manner in some states, the abject, direct, intentional killing of the infirmed and disabled and the chronically and terminally ill, using a variety of linguistic devices to anesthetize and/or justify the reality of these killings while at the same misrepresenting the true state of patients' health in order to expedite their deaths to take advantage of "living wills" and/or organ donation laws to harvest their bodies for "spare parts" before they are actually dead. The following passage from Pope Pius XI’s Caritate Christi Compulsi, May 3, 1932, applies to the monstrous circumstances in which we find ourselves today even more than they did to the circumstances ninety-two years ago:

Lamenting this unhappy state of things from our innermost heart, We are compelled as by a certain necessity to express, according to our weakness, the same words that came from the love of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, crying out in like manner: "I have compassion on the multitude" (Mark viii. 2). But, indeed, the root itself from which this most unhappy state of things arises is yet more to be lamented; for if that judgment of the Holy Spirit, proclaimed by the Apostle St. Paul, "the desire of money is the root of all evils," was always in close agreement with the facts, this is more than ever true at the present time. For is not that avidity for perishable goods which was justly and rightly mocked, even by a heathen poet as the execrable hunger of gold, "auri sacra fames"; is not that sordid seeking for each one's own benefit, which is very often the only motive by which bonds between either individuals or societies are instituted; and, lastly, is not this cupidity, by whatsoever name or style it is called, the chief reason why we now see, to our sorrow, that mankind is brought to its present critical condition? For it is from this that come the first shoots of a mutual suspicion which saps the strength of any human commerce; hence come the sparks of an envy which accounts the goods of others a loss to itself; hence comes that sordid and excessive self-love which orders and subordinates all things to its own advantage, and not only neglects but tramples upon the advantage of others; and, lastly, hence come the iniquitous disturbance of affairs and the unequal division of "possessions, as a result of which the wealth of nations is heaped up in the hands of a very few private men, who -- as We warned you last year, in Our Encyclical Letter Quadragesimo anno -- control the trade of the whole world at their will, thereby doing immense harm to the people.

Now if this excessive love of self and of one's own, by an abuse of the legitimate care for our country and an undue exaltation of the feelings of piety towards our own people (which piety is not condemned but hallowed and strengthened by the right order of Christian charity) encroaches on the mutual relations and the ties between peoples, there is hardly anything so abnormal that it will not be regarded as free from fault; so that the same deed which would be condemned by the judgment of all when it is done by private individuals, is held to be honest and worthy of praise when it is done for the love of the country. In this way, a hatred, which must needs be fatal to all, supplants the Divine law of brotherly love which bound all nations and peoples into one family under one Father who is in Heaven; in the administration of public affairs the Divine laws, which are the standard of all civic life and culture, are trampled under foot; the firm foundations of right and faith, on which the commonwealth rests, are overturned; and, lastly, men corrupt and obliterate the principles handed down by their ancestors, according to which the worship of God and the strict observance of His law form the finest flower and the safest pillar of the state. Furthermore -- and this may be called the most perilous of all these evils -- the enemies of all order, whether they be called Communists or by some other name, exaggerating the very grave straits of the economic crisis, in this great perturbation of morals, with extreme audacity, direct all their efforts to one end, seeking to cast away every bridle from their necks, and breaking the bonds of all law both human and divine, wage an atrocious war against all religion and against God Himself; in this it is their purpose to uproot utterly all knowledge and sense of religion from the minds of men, even from the tenderest age, for they know well that if once the Divine law and knowledge were blotted out from the minds of men there would now be nothing that they could not arrogate to themselves. And thus we now see with our own eyes -- what we have not read of as happening anywhere before -- impious men, agitated by unspeakable fury, shamelessly liking up a banner against God and against all religion throughout the whole world. The modern Aztecs in white smocks and black robes who consign so many innocent human beings to their state-sponsored executions are living examples of those who have arrogated unto themselves that which belongs to God alone. They are the products of an anti-Incarnational, Pelagian world that has left has all in their clutches as disposable units to be executed at their own arbitrary decisions that had no foundation in the binding precepts of the Divine Law and the Natural Law.

Moreover, the entire of law, education, government and politics today is devoted more than even to the eradication of the true Faith from the minds of men, an end to which the conciliar revolutionaries continue to advance in the name of what their “restorer of tradition,” the late Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, called an “official reconciliation” with the principles of the “new era inaugurated by the events of 1789:

It is true, indeed, that wicked men were never wanting, nor men who denied the existence of God; but these last were very few in number, and, being alone and singular, they either feared to express their evil mind openly, or thought it inopportune to do so. The Psalmist, inspired by the Divine Spirit, seems to hint this in those words: "The fool hath said in his heart: There is no God" (Ps. xiii. 1, lii. 1); as though he showed us such an impious man, as one solitary in a multitude, denying that God his Maker exists, but shutting up this sin in his innermost mind. But in this age of ours, this most pernicious error is now propagated far and wide amid the multitude, it is insinuated even in the popular schools, and shows itself openly in the theaters; and in order that it may be spread abroad as far as possible, its advocates seek aid from the latest inventions, from what are called cinematographic scenes, from gramophonic and radiophonic concerts and discourses; and possessed of printing offices of their own, they print books in all languages, and, taking a triumphant course, they publicly display the monuments and documents of their impiety. Nor is this enough; for dispersed among political, economical and military parties, and closely associated with them, through their heralds, by means of committees, by pictures and leaflets, and all other possible means, they labor diligently in the evil work of spreading their opinions among all classes and societies, and in the public ways; and to carry this further, supported by the authority and work of their universities, they succeed at last by forceful industry in binding fast those who have incautiously allowed themselves to be aggregated to their body. When We consider all this careful labor devoted to the advantage of an unlawful cause, that most sad complaint of Christ our Lord spontaneously rises in our mind and on our lips: "The children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light" (Luke xvi. 8).

Now, the leaders and authors of this iniquitous faction do all they can to turn the present distress and need of all things to their own purpose; and they seek, by infamous cavils, to persuade the people that God and religion are to blame as the cause of all these great evils; and that the sacred Cross of Christ our Savior itself, the ensign of poverty and humility, may be compared with the ensigns of the modern lust of domineering; as though, forsooth, religion was joined in friendly union with those conventicles of darkness which have brought such an immense mass of misery upon the whole world. And by this line of argument they strive, not without fatal effect, to mix up the struggle for daily food, the desire to possess a smallholding, to have a fair wage, an honorable home and, lastly, those conditions of life that are not unworthy of a man, with their iniquitous war against God. It may be added that these same men, going beyond all measure, treat alike the legitimate appetites of nature and its unbridled lusts, so long as this seems to favor their impious plans and institutions; as though the eternal laws promulgated by God were in conflict with man's happiness, whereas they create it and preserve it; or as if the power of man, however much it may be augmented by the latest inventions of art, could prevail against the most mighty will of God the Best and Greatest and give to the world a new and a better order.

7. And now, indeed, which is much to be lamented, immense multitudes of men, having completely lost touch with the truth, adopt these delusions, and believing that they are fighting for livelihood and culture utter violent invectives against God and against religion. Nor is this directed against the Catholic religion alone. For it is against all those that acknowledge God as the Author of this visible world, and as the Supreme Ruler of all things. Moreover, the Secret Societies, which by their nature are ever ready to help the enemies of God and of the Church -- be these who they may -- are seeking to add fresh fires to this poisonous hatred, from which there comes no peace or happiness of the civil order, but the certain ruin of states.

8. In this wise, this new form of impiety, while it removes all checks from the most powerful lusts of man, most impudently proclaims that there will be no peace and no happiness on earth until the last vestige of religion has been uprooted, and the last of its followers beheaded -- as though they thought that the wondrous concert wherein all created things "show forth the glory of God" (cf. Ps. xviii. 2) could ever be reduced to everlasting silence. (Pope Pius XI, Caritate Christi Compulsi, May 3, 1932.)

The powerful of this world, however, will have to reckon with Omnipotence Himself at the moment of their Particular Judgment, and it will not go well for them if they do not repent of their crimes that will one day bring day the visible wrath of God upon us all.

We fool ourselves, however, if we do not realize our own need to make reparation for our own sins that wound ourselves, the world around us and the Church Militant in this time of apostasy and betrayal. The most effect instrument of making reparation for our sins and for those of the whole world is Our Lady’s Most Holy Rosary. Our Lady, she who is Reparatrix, a role that Pope Saint Pius X explained in Ad Diem Illum Laetissimum, February 2, 1904:

11. If then the most Blessed Virgin is the Mother at once of God and men, who can doubt that she will work with all diligence to procure that Christ, Head of the Body of the Church (Coloss. i., 18), may transfuse His gifts into us, His members, and above all that of knowing Him and living through Him (I John iv., 9)?

12. Moreover it was not only the prerogative of the Most Holy Mother to have furnished the material of His flesh to the Only Son of God, Who was to be born with human members (S. Bede Ven. L. Iv. in Luc. xl.), of which material should be prepared the Victim for the salvation of men; but hers was also the office of tending and nourishing that Victim, and at the appointed time presenting Him for the sacrifice. Hence that uninterrupted community of life and labors of the Son and the Mother, so that of both might have been uttered the words of the Psalmist “My life is consumed in sorrow and my years in groans” (Ps xxx., 11). When the supreme hour of the Son came, beside the Cross of Jesus there stood Mary His Mother, not merely occupied in contemplating the cruel spectacle, but rejoicing that her Only Son was offered for the salvation of mankind, and so entirely participating in His Passion, that if it had been possible she would have gladly borne all the torments that her Son bore (S. Bonav. 1. Sent d. 48, ad Litt. dub. 4). And from this community of will and suffering between Christ and Mary she merited to become most worthily the Reparatrix of the lost world (Eadmeri Mon. De Excellentia Virg. Mariae, c. 9) and Dispensatrix of all the gifts that Our Savior purchased for us by His Death and by His Blood.

13. It cannot, of course, be denied that the dispensation of these treasures is the particular and peculiar right of Jesus Christ, for they are the exclusive fruit of His Death, who by His nature is the mediator between God and man. Nevertheless, by this companionship in sorrow and suffering already mentioned between the Mother and the Son, it has been allowed to the august Virgin to be the most powerful mediatrix and advocate of the whole world with her Divine Son (Pius IX. Ineffabilis). The source, then, is Jesus Christ “of whose fullness we have all received” (John i., 16), “from whom the whole body, being compacted and fitly joined together by what every joint supplieth, according to the operation in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in charity” (Ephesians iv., 16). But Mary, as St. Bernard justly remarks, is the channel (Serm. de temp on the Nativ. B. V. De Aquaeductu n. 4); or, if you will, the connecting portion the function of which is to join the body to the head and to transmit to the body the influences and volitions of the head — We mean the neck. Yes, says St. Bernardine of Sienna, “she is the neck of Our Head, by which He communicates to His mystical body all spiritual gifts” (Quadrag. de Evangel. aetern. Serm. x., a. 3, c. iii.).

14. We are then, it will be seen, very far from attributing to the Mother of God a productive power of grace — a power which belongs to God alone. Yet, since Mary carries it over all in holiness and union with Jesus Christ, and has been associated by Jesus Christ in the work of redemption, she merits for us “de congruo,” in the language of theologians, what Jesus Christ merits for us “de condigno,” and she is the supreme Minister of the distribution of graces. Jesus “sitteth on the right hand of the majesty on high” (Hebrews i. b.). Mary sitteth at the right hand of her Son — a refuge so secure and a help so trusty against all dangers that we have nothing to fear or to despair of under her guidance, her patronage, her protection. (Pius IX. in Bull Ineffabilis).

15. These principles laid down, and to return to our design, who will not see that we have with good reason claimed for Mary that — as the constant companion of Jesus from the house at Nazareth to the height of Calvary, as beyond all others initiated to the secrets of his Heart, and as the distributor, by right of her Motherhood, of the treasures of His merits,-she is, for all these reasons, a most sure and efficacious assistance to us for arriving at the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. Those, alas! furnish us by their conduct with a peremptory proof of it, who seduced by the wiles of the demon or deceived by false doctrines think they can do without the help of the Virgin. Hapless are they who neglect Mary under pretext of the honor to be paid to Jesus Christ! As if the Child could be found elsewhere than with the Mother!

16. Under these circumstances, Venerable Brethren, it is this end which all the solemnities that are everywhere being prepared in honor of the holy and Immaculate Conception of Mary should have in view. No homage is more agreeable to her, none is sweeter to her than that we should know and really love Jesus Christ. Let then crowds fill the churches — let solemn feasts be celebrated and public rejoicings be made: these are things eminently suited for enlivening our faith. But unless heart and will be added, they will all be empty forms, mere appearances of piety. At such a spectacle, the Virgin, borrowing the words of Jesus Christ, would address us with the just reproach: “This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me” (Matth. xv., 8).

17. For to be right and good, worship of the Mother of God ought to spring from the heart; acts of the body have here neither utility nor value if the acts of the soul have no part in them. Now these latter can only have one object, which is that we should fully carry out what the divine Son of Mary commands. For if true love alone has the power to unite the wills of men, it is of the first necessity that we should have one will with Mary to serve Jesus our Lord. What this most prudent Virgin said to the servants at the marriage feast of Cana she addresses also to us: “Whatsoever he shall say to you, do ye” (John ii., 5).

Now here is the word of Jesus Christ: “If you would enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matt. xix., 17). Let them each one fully convince himself of this, that if his piety towards the Blessed Virgin does not hinder him from sinning, or does not move his will to amend an evil life, it is a piety deceptive and Iying, wanting as it is in proper effect and its natural fruit.

18. If anyone desires a confirmation of this it may easily be found in the dogma of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. For leaving aside tradition which, as well as Scripture, is a source of truth, how has this persuasion of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin appeared so conformed to the Catholic mind and feeling that it has been held as being one, and as it were inborn in the soul of the faithful? “We shrink from saying,” is the answer of Dionysius of Chartreux, “of this woman who was to crush the head of the serpent that had been crushed by him and that Mother of God that she had ever been a daughter of the Evil One” (Sent. d. 3, q. 1). No, to the Christian intelligence the idea is unthinkable that the flesh of Christ, holy, stainless, innocent, was formed in the womb of Mary of a flesh which had ever, if only for the briefest moment, contracted any stain. And why so, but because an infinite opposition separates God from sin? There certainly we have the origin of the conviction common to all Christians that Jesus Christ before, clothed in human nature, He cleansed us from our sins in His blood, accorded Mary the grace and special privilege of being preserved and exempted, from the first moment of her conception, from all stain of original sin.

19. If then God has such a horror of sin as to have willed to keep free the future Mother of His Son not only from stains which are voluntarily contracted but, by a special favor and in prevision of the merits of Jesus Christ, from that other stain of which the sad sign is transmitted to all us sons of Adam by a sort of hapless heritage: who can doubt that it is a duty for everyone who seeks by his homage to gain the heart of Mary to correct his vicious and depraved habits and to subdue the passions which incite him to evil? (Pope Saint Pius X, Ad Diem Illum Laetissimum, February 2, 1904.)

Catholic empires, kingdoms and principalities used to honor Our Lady publicly with pilgrimages, processions and festival on her feast days, including those feast days particular to a local area or region and those not included in the universal calendar of the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church. Moreover, Catholics who participated in these pilgrimages did so out of love for Our Lord and His Most Blessed Mother as they sought to make reparation for their sins. Unlike Jorge Mario Bergoglio and most of his conciliar comrades, these Catholics had horror for and detestation of their sins, and they did not want anyone to “accompany” them in those sins. They sought to quit their sins and implore the intercessory help of Our Lady, without whose loving help we are lost. Doomed. Damned.

Pope Saint Pius X explained that Our Lady’s example of perfect humility and ready obedience to the will of God is for us all to imitate:

20. Whoever moreover wishes, and no one ought not so to wish, that his devotion should be worthy of her and perfect, should go further and strive might and main to imitate her example. It is a divine law that those only attain everlasting happiness who have by such faithful following reproduced in themselves the form of the patience and sanctity of Jesus Christ: “for whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be made conformable to the image of His Son; that He might be the first-born amongst many brethren” (Romans viii., 29). But such generally is our infirmity that we are easily discouraged by the greatness of such an example: by the providence of God, however, another example is proposed to us, which is both as near to Christ as human nature allows, and more nearly accords with the weakness of our nature. And this is no other than the Mother of God. “Such was Mary,” very pertinently points out St. Ambrose, “that her life is an example for all.” And, therefore, he rightly concludes: “Have then before your eyes, as an image, the virginity and life of Mary from whom as from a mirror shines forth the brightness of chastity and the form of virtue” (De Virginib. L. ii., c. ii.) (Pope Saint Pius X, Ad Diem Illum Laetissimum, February 2, 1904.)

We live in a world that rewards and celebrates unchastity, impurity, indecency and perversity. It is up to us as the consecrated slaves of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary to make reparation for the paganism, satanism, materialism, naturalism, hedonism, pantheism, relativism, utilitarianism, egalitarianism, authoritarianism, statism and globalism that promises men “happiness” here in order to lead them to eternal unhappiness and punishment fire for all eternity in hell while being deprived of the Beatific Vision of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost for all eternity. Our acts of reparation for our sins and those of the whole world will help to plant a few seeds for the conversion of men and their nations to the true Faith.

Although we are living at the time of Holy Mother Church’s Mystical Burial rather than her Mystical Infancy in the first three centuries of the First Millennium, it is nevertheless true that the Apostles and those who followed them labored and prayed without looking for success.

Catholics are neither pessimists nor optimists. A pessimist is a sad idiot. An optimist is a happy idiot.

Although we may have done many dumb and/or idiotic things in our lives, it is not to be a “happy idiot” to be filled with the Supernatural Virtue of Hope as we step back from the terrible events of the world and run with childlike simplicity to the loving embrace of Our Lady, who told Juan Diego the following atop Tepeyac Hill:

Know for certain that I am the perfect and perpetual Virgin Mary, Mother of the True God. . . . Here I will show and offer my love, my compassion, my help and my protection to the people. I am your merciful Mother, the Mother of all those who love me, of those who cry to me, of those who have confidence in me. Here I will hear their weeping and their sorrows and will remedy and alleviate their suffering, necessities and misfortunes. . . . Listen and let it penetrate into your heart. . . . Do not be troubled or weighed down with grief. So do not fear any illness or vexation, anxiety or pain. Am I not here who am your Mother? Are you not under my shadow and protection? Am I not your fountain of life? Are you not in the folds of my mantle? In the crossing of my arms? Is there anything else that you need?

We do not play God in life. We want to know, love and serve Him as He has revealed Himself to us exclusively through His Catholic Church so that He will greet us when we meet Him at the Particular Judgment with these consoling words: 

Well done, good and faithful servant, because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. (Matthew 25: 21.)

The restoration of all things in Christ will occur miraculously at a time of God’s choosing. All we have to do is persist in our prayers as we maintain a joy-filled hope that we might, by virtue of the graces Our Lady sends to us, be able to plant a few seeds for the restoration of all things in Christ the King as a result of the Triumph of her own Immaculate Heart. To this end, especially in this month of August, which is, as noted just above, devoted to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, may we pray as many Rosaries each day as our state-in-life permits.
