The German Synodal Path is Also Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s Path—To Hell Itself
As been noted in many hundreds of commentaries on this site in the past one hundred twenty-one months since Jorge Mario Bergoglio began his masquerade party as “Pope Francis” on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, conciliarism, which, being erroneous, contains within itself the seeds of its own mockery and self-destruction. The teleology of error is such that it must degenerate over time into becoming something that was unintended—and thus entirely unrecognizable—by its initial proponents.
The path being taken by the conciliar “bishops” of Germany are providing a case study of a denial of even more point of Catholic doctrine must lead inevitably to a denial of almost everything that God has revealed to us through His true Church and from there to the celebration of that which caused His Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to suffer and die for us on the wood of the Holy Cross in atonement for our sins: sin. The so-called “synodal path” which the German conciliar “bishops” are following without anything other than an occasional “tsk, tsk, tsk” from Jorge Mario Bergoglio is the exact path to atheistic hedonism that has been followed by the Anglican sect in England.
False churches and religious sects carry within themselves the seeds of their own degeneration and destruction. The logic of each falsehood and error is such that a variety of falsehoods and errors must follow and multiply over the course of time. As fallen human nature seeks comfort in practices and beliefs that have gained currency with the passage of time, it takes only a generation or two for there to arise a situation when very few people, if any, have any knowledge—no less personal recollection—of truth because they have never learned it, been exposed to it or lived in accordance with it.
Thus it is that the Protestant Revolution gained acceptance rapidly in various German principalities, the Low Countries, Switzerland and parts of France as it became institutionalized over the course of time. In England, of course, the Protestant Revolution was wrought in a systematic, state-sponsored persecution, imprisonment, torture and execution of those who remained faithful to the true Church. It did not take all that long, however, for most Englishmen to come to hate and then to forget altogether their country’s deep ties to the one, true Faith, the Catholic Faith, that was deeply embedded on their soil and in the very hearts of their ancestors.
For instance, most American Protestants of European ancestry are aghast when they are informed that they have Catholic ancestors who are praying for them. They know nothing of true history. Indeed, they know very little of any kind of history as they live in the here and now, in the “moment” as is said colloquially these days.
Although I am jumping ahead of myself a little bit, no Catholic who is in the least bit intellectually honest can deny the simple fact that most Catholics alive today do not know anything about true history themselves and are veritable strangers to the truths of the true Faith. Indeed, one can go so far as to state that the truth that the Catholic Church is the one and only true church and that all false religions do the work of the devil is so foreign to the minds of most Catholics, having been exposed to a liturgical rite that exalts man and fellowship whose fungibility was designed to convince them that matters of Faith and Morals can change as regularly as the liturgy, as the egalitarianism of Protestantism that degenerated over time into social egalitarianism is so ingrained as to make any such concept of a true church repugnant to their minds. Moral licentious sanctioned by clergymen, many of whom are morally licentious in their own wicked right, must follow as a result.
Then again, moral licentiousness was at the heart of the Protestant Revolution. Martin Luther was a lecherous, self-indulgent drunkard who made up a religion that fulfilled the very prophetic warning that Saint Paul the Apostle made to Saint Timothy:
[3] For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, according to their own desires, they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears: [4] And will indeed turn away their hearing from the truth, but will be turned unto fables. (2 Timothy 1: 3-4.)
Unrepentant sinners love nothing more than to have their itching ears tickled by others, and it is a bonus, of course, if they are reaffirmed in their lives of perdition by clergymen, whether true or false. Indeed, they crave—if not demand—approval from others, using all manner of bullying tactics to intimidate those who will not “accept them for who they are.” To paraphrase the infamous “motorist,” the late Rodney King, “Can’t we all get along?”
The theological relativism of Protestantism had to lead to the triumph of moral relativism within its ranks, especially since both Martin Luther and the equally lecherous and debauched drunkard, Henry VIII, were personally immoral and endorsed divorce and “remarriage.” This is why Luther invented a false ecclesiology, perverted the meaning of Sacred Scripture and had to deny the very existence of Sacred Tradition” as his false religious movement was designed to reaffirm himself in his own life of wanton sin.
False liturgical rites had to be invented to justify defections from the Sacred Deposit of Faith, thus depriving adherents of heretical sects of the Holy Eucharist and of the sacramental absolution of their sins in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance and leading to the widespread devolution of human behavior into all manner of wickedness, up to and including unnatural, perverted sins opposed to the binding precepts of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments.
Obviously, this is what has happened within the counterfeit church of conciliarism since the “election” of Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli/John XXIII on Tuesday, October 28, 1958, the Feast of Saints Simon and Jude. Although the precise order of the degeneration that followed the errors of Martin Luther, Henry VIII and his crypto-Lutheran adviser, Thomas Cranmer, John Calvin, John Knox, John Wesley and Ullrich Zwingli, et al. has been different, it is nevertheless true that conciliarism has followed a path of degeneration that has robbed most Catholics alive today of the true Sacraments and of the sensus fidei, especially concerning an understanding of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ’s Redemptive Act on the wood of the Holy Cross and of the horror of that which made Our Lord’s redemptive work necessary, sin.
The German conciliar “bishops” are proceeding with the “blessing” of perverted “unions” and with an endorsement of outright hedonism because they do not believe in the abhorrent nature of sin, and they do not believe in the abhorrent nature of sin as most of them either do not believe that sin exists or, if it does, that it had anything to do with Our Divine Redeemer’s work of love whilst he hung atop the gibbet of the Holy Cross on Good Friday.
How can I say such a thing?
Well, let me provide you with empirical proof taken the lips of the former president of the so-called German “bishops’” conference, Robert Zollitsch, who said the following fourteen years ago in an interview televised on Holy Saturday, April 11, 2009:
FREIBURG, Germany April 21, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - According to the chairman of the Catholic bishops' conference of Germany, the death of Jesus Christ was not a redemptive act of God to liberate human beings from the bondage of sin and open the gates of heaven. The Archbishop of Freiburg, Robert Zollitsch, known for his liberal views, publicly denied the fundamental Christian dogma of the sacrificial nature of Christ's death in a recent interview with a German television station.
Zollitsch said that Christ "did not die for the sins of the people as if God had provided a sacrificial offering, like a scapegoat."
Instead, Jesus had offered only "solidarity" with the poor and suffering. Zollitsch said "that is this great perspective, this tremendous solidarity."
The interviewer asked, "You would now no longer describe it in such a way that God gave his own son, because we humans were so sinful? You would no longer describe it like this?"
Monsignor Zollitsch responded, "No."
Archbishop Robert Zollitsch was appointed to the See of Freiburg im Breisgau in 2003 under Pope John Paul II. He is he sitting Chairman of the German Episcopal Conference, to which he was elected in 2008 and is regarded as a "liberal" in the German episcopate.
In February 2008 he said that priestly celibacy should be voluntary and that it is not "theologically necessary." Zollitsch has also said he accepts homosexual civil unions by states, but is against same-sex "marriage."
He told Meinhard Schmidt-Degenhard, the program's host, that God gave "his own son in solidarity with us unto this last death agony to show: 'So much are you worth to me, I go with you, and I am totally with you in every situation'."
"He has become involved with me out of solidarity - from free will."
Christ, he said, had "taken up what I have been blamed for, including the evil that I have caused, and also to take it back into the world of God and hence to show me the way out of sin, guilt and from death to life." (Christ did not die for the sins of His people).
This statement was heretical then and it remains so today.
What did Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI do about this?
Nothing.
What did Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI say about this?
Nothing.
Zollitsch continued as the conciliar “archbishop” of Freiburg im Bresgau until he turned seventy-five years of age in 2013, five months after the now deceased Ratzinger/Benedict had resigned from the conciliar seat of apostasy. Not one word of rebuke of him was ever uttered by the “new theologian” who made warfare against the nature of dogmatic truth throughout the course of his priestly life and who personally esteemed the symbols of false religions with his own priestly hands while frequently saying that all “religions” play a role in promoting “peace.” Here is a brief flashback to one such occasion nearly ten years ago:
VATICAN CITY, 17 DEC 2009 (VIS) - Today in the Vatican, the Holy Father received the Letters of Credence of eight new ambassadors to the Holy See: Hans Klingenberg of Denmark; Francis K. Butagira of Uganda; Suleiman Mohamad Mustafa of Sudan; Elkanah Odembo of Kenya; Mukhtar B. Tileuberdi of Kazakhstan; Abdul Hannan of Bangladesh; Alpo Rusi of Finland, and Einars Semanis of Latvia.
Addressing the diplomats as a group, the Pope referred to the need for "a just relationship between human beings and the creation in which they live and work" In this context, he underlined the need for "environmental responsibility" because "the continual degradation of the environment constitutes a direct threat to man's survival and his development, and threatens peace among individuals and peoples".
Benedict XVI encouraged the political authorities of the countries the ambassadors represent, and those of all nations, "not only to increase their efforts in favour of environmental protection but also - since the problem cannot be faced only at the national level - to produce proposals and provide encouragement in order to reach vital international agreements that may prove useful and just for all sides".’
After then highlighting the importance of "converting or modifying the current development model of our societies", the Pope pointed out that "the Church proposes that this profound change ... be guided by the notion of the integral development of the human person".
"If it is true", said the Holy Father, "that over history religions have often been a factor of conflict, it is also nonetheless true that religions lived according to their profound essence have been, and still are, a force for reconciliation and peace. At this moment in history religions must, through open and sincere dialogue, seek the path of purification in order to conform ever more closely to their true vocation".
"Peaceful coexistence of different religions in each nation is sometimes difficult", he continued. "More than a political problem, this co-existence is a religious problem which lies within the bosom of each one of those traditions. Believers are called to ask God about His will concerning each human situation".
"For people of faith or people of good will, the resolution of human conflicts and the delicate coexistence of different religious expressions can be transformed into an opportunity for human coexistence within a social order full of goodness and wisdom, the origin and impulse of which lies in God. Such coexistence, respecting the nature of things and the inherent wisdom that comes from God, is called peace", said Pope Benedict.
"The peace we so long for will not come into being save by the joint action of individuals, who discover the true nature of God, and of leaders of civil and religious society who - respecting the dignity and faith of all people - know how to give religion its noble and authentic role in creating and perfecting the human person. This overall reworking, at once temporal and spiritual, will enable a new beginning towards the peace that God wishes to be universal". (RELIGIONS ARE A FORCE FOR PEACE AND RECONCILIATION .)
Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI was an apostate. He had no understanding as to the simple fact that God hates false religions. Ratzinger never accepted the truth that each false religion is from the devil and was condemned by King David himself in Psalm 95, verse 5:
For all the gods of the Gentiles are devils: but the Lord made the heavens.
No one who believes that the Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity became Man in Our Lady’s Virginal and Immaculate Womb can speak of the “coexistence” of “religions” as the “pathway” to “peace.”
Moreover, those who do not believe that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ underwent His fearful Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross on Good Friday to pay back in His Sacred Humanity what was owed to Him in His Infinity as God, the debt of human sin, can easily justify all violations of the Ten Commandments if not, as Jorge Mario Bergoglio and his de facto allies within the German “episcopal” conference seem to be doing at this time, deny that such Commandments ever exist or, if they do, are so “inflexible” as to be incapable of being “bent” and/or ignored entirely in light of the alleged “impossibility” of people in our “advanced” age to keep them perfectly.
To deny that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ died on the wood of the Holy Cross to atone for our sins is to demonstrate a disbelief in Special Creation and the Fall from Grace caused by Original Sin thereafter. Those who believe in Darwinian evolutionism or even so-called “Theistic” evolution must come to embrace philosophical, theological, social, legal, cultural, and moral evolutionism with an increasing degree of rapidity until there is no distinction between such so-called “believers” and open atheists.
Jorge Mario Bergoglio has disparaged the gravity of so-called “below the belt” sins against Holy Purity, but in order to do this one must first deny the gravity of all sins against the First through Fifth Commandments. It is very easy for those who violate the First Commandment by esteeming the symbols of false religions and extolling their places of false worship to proceed down the demonic path of making light of all sins, whether natural or unnatural, against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments, a path that becomes inevitable if one does not understand the horror of personal sin, especially Mortal Sin, by asserting that the only “sins” one can commit are against a socialist concept of “social justice” and/or against the “environment” in the name of “saving the planet.” It is a relatively short step from there to arrive at the point where the German “bishops” have arrived, namely, to “bless” perverted “unions,” to disparage priestly celibacy, and to call for the ontological impossibility of “women’s ordination” to the priesthood. The aforementioned Robert Zollitsch himself advocated “women deaconesses” in 2013:
Archbishop of Freiburg Robert Zollitsch, who chairs the German Bishops' Conference, called for the change at the end of a four-day meeting to discuss possible reforms.
The conference, the first of its kind, invited 300 Roman Catholic experts to propose reforms. Zollitsch's comments echo year-long calls from the Central Committee of German Catholics to permit women to become deacons. On Sunday, Zollitsch said that aim was no longer a 'taboo.'
Zollitsch said the Catholic Church could only regain credibility and strength by committing to reform. He described an "atmosphere of openness and freedom" at the conference.
Deacons assist priests during church services and can perform baptisms and marriages outside of mass. Their primary role however is to serve the needy in their community and their duties are considered secular rather than pastoral.
Another proposal to emerge from the conference was to extend the rights of remarried divorcees to sit on church bodies such as parish councils. Conference members also discussed the possibility of granting them the right to receive Holy Communion and attend confession.
"It's important to me that, without undermining the sanctity of marriage, these men and women are taken seriously within the church and feel respected and at home," said Zollitsch. At present the reforms remain speculative and there is no proposed time-frame for their implementation. The position of divorcees remains highly controversial within the Church.
The conference also touched on the difficulty, particularly in eastern Germany, of recruiting people to work for Catholic institutions such as hospitals and kindergarten. At present the Church can only employ Roman Catholics. However Zollitsch called for work permits to be extended to non-Catholics and to those with "different lifestyles." This would technically apply to homosexual people too. However Church labour reforms are unlikely to be introduced in the next three years.
While reform might be slow to come, the sentiments expressed at the conference are a signal to many that change is on the way. "I have never experienced a process of strategy development as transparent as this one," said Thomas Berg, of the Baden-Württemberg Leadership Academy, who attended the conference. (Women Catholic Deacons No Longer Taboo.)
There is only one thing that is "taboo" in the counterfeit church of conciliarism: the Sacred Deposit of Faith as It has been handed down to us by the Apostles and taught infallibly by Holy Mother Church under the infallible guidance of the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, from Pentecost Sunday to the present day.
It must be remembered that liberalism, born principally, although not exclusively, from the so-called "philosophy" of John Locke in An Essay on Human Understanding and the Second Treatise on Civil Government, teaches that men can, unaided by the teaching or the supernatural helps of Holy Mother Church, "solve" human problems by their own unaided powers.
Liberals and their mutant descendants in the false opposite of the "left" contend that human beings can devise various structures to address social problems without understanding that such problems exist because of the sins of men. It is thus unnecessary for men to reform their lives by cooperating with the graces won for them on the wood of the Holy Cross by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as He offered Himself up to His Co-Equal and Co-Eternal Father for our sins. If the structures devised by men fail to produce the desired results, all one needs to do is to have the consent of a majority to proceed with structural reforms, each of which winds up worsening social problems as the structures reject the fact that Original Sin is the remote cause and that Actual Sin is the proximate cause of all human problems.
Thus it is that Modernists such as Zollitsch and his collegial first among equals south of him in the Vatican, Bergoglio, are never satisfied with their "reforms" and much clamor for more as the boundaries of what constitutes "full, active and conscious" participation in the life of their counterfeit church expand the more that sin proliferates in the world as a result of the sacramentally barren liturgical rites they employ to convey the falsehoods of their synthetic faith.
Why shouldn't there be deaconesses in the counterfeit church of conciliarism?
After all, women can distribute what purports to be Holy Communion with their own unconsecrated hands. They can serve at the altar as the extension of the hands of the presbyter. They can serve as lectorettes and leaders of song right from what Catholics would call the sanctuary of a church. They can even recite or improvise various "prayers of the faithful" at the lectern after the Credo during the weekend liturgy.
Deaconesses just are not that big of a step forward for the conciliar revolutionaries, concerned as they are about "empowering" groups they believe have been "disenfranchised" and "repressed" by that "old church" of "triumphalism."
Why not hire those who are engaged in unrepentant sins, whether natural or unnatural, in violation of the binding precepts of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments?
Why not grant them those engaged in perverse acts against nature "civil union" status?
What's the big deal?
The now retired Robert Zollitsch is a "mainstream" conciliar revolutionary.
Yet it is that anyone who opposes this agenda is considered to be a “racist” who wants to stifle Bergoglio’s heretical misrepresentation of God the Holy Ghost as a “free spirit” Who wants men to adapt to the times and not to God’s immutable truths as He has revealed them to Holy Mother Church for their infallible explication and eternal safekeeping. This is why he has contempt for Holy Mother’s twenty true general councils and for all dogmatic declarations as “corruptions” of his imaginary “gospel.”
Pope Saint Pius X explained the Modernist methodology that Jorge Mario Bergoglio and his revolutionary comrades have used throughout their entire public careers as enemies of Christ the King, His true Church and thus of the good of souls, including those souls to whom they cater by seeking to deify pagan and barbaric practices to realm of universal esteem and veneration:
30. Some Modernists, devoted to historical studies, seem to be deeply anxious not to be taken for philosophers. About philosophy they profess to know nothing whatever, and in this they display remarkable astuteness, for they are particularly desirous not to be suspected of any prepossession in favor of philosophical theories which would lay them open to the charge of not being, as they call it, objective. And yet the truth is that their history and their criticism are saturated with their philosophy, and that their historico-critical conclusions are the natural outcome of their philosophical principles. This will be patent to anyone who reflects. Their three first laws are contained in those three principles of their philosophy already dealt with: the principle of agnosticism, the theorem of the transfiguration of things by faith, and that other which may be called the principle of disfiguration. Let us see what consequences flow from each of these. Agnosticism tells us that history, like science, deals entirely with phenomena, and the consequence is that God, and every intervention of God in human affairs, is to be relegated to the domain of faith as belonging to it alone. Wherefore in things where there is combined a double element, the divine and the human, as, for example, in Christ, or the Church, or the sacraments, or the many other objects of the same kind, a division and separation must be made and the human element must he left to history while the divine will he assigned to faith. Hence we have that distinction, so current among the Modernists, between the Christ of history and the Christ of faith; the Church of history and the Church of faith; the sacraments of history and the sacraments of faith, and so in similar matters. Next we find that the human element itself, which the historian has to work on, as it appears in the documents, is to be considered as having been transfigured by faith, that is to say, raised above its historical conditions. It becomes necessary, therefore, to eliminate also the accretions which faith has added, to relegate them to faith itself and to the history of faith. Thus, when treating of Christ, the historian must set aside all that surpasses man in his natural condition, according to what psychology tells us of him, or according to what we gather from the place and period of his existence. Finally, they require, by virtue of the third principle, that even those things which are not outside the sphere of history should pass through the sieve, excluding all and relegating to faith everything which, in their judgment, is not in harmony with what they call the logic of facts or not in character with the persons of whom they are predicated. Thus, they will not allow that Christ ever uttered those things which do not seem to be within the capacity of the multitudes that listened to Him. Hence they delete from His real history and transfer to faith all the allegories found in His discourses. We may peradventure inquire on what principle they make these divisions? Their reply is that they argue from the character of the man, from his condition of life, from his education, from the complexus of the circumstances under which the facts took place; in short, if We understand them aright, on a principle which in the last analysis is merely subjective. Their method is to put themselves into the position and person of Christ, and then to attribute to Him what they would have done under like circumstances. In this way, absolutely a priori and acting on philosophical principles which they hold but which they profess to ignore, they proclaim that Christ, according to what they call His real history, was not God and never did anything divine, and that as man He did and said only what they, judging from the time in which He lived, consider that He ought to have said or done. (Pope Saint Pius X, Pascendi Dominci Gregis, September 8, 1907.)
Yes, the conciliar revolutionaries, starting in an incipient way with Angelo Roncalli/John XXIII and degenerating down to Jorge Mario Bergoglio, have always been about the business of projecting onto Our Lord whatever it is they want as they despise doctrinal and moral certainty, and it is because they despise doctrinal and moral certainty that what they think is the Catholic liturgy must be used an instrument to enshrine and evangelize their false beliefs to their ow eternal detriment and that of the souls who are unfortunate enough to accept them as officials of the Catholic Faith.
The German “synodal path,” which Jorge Mario Bergoglio leaves almost entirely unchallenged as he continues to call the Immemorial Mass of Tradition, many of whose collects mention sin and the possibility of eternal damnation, as “divisive” as it is based in an “outdated” theology that is incompatible with the “path” of apostasy upon which the conciliar “popes” and their “bishops” have trodden as millions of ordinary Catholics fled from the stench of their “plans while many of those who remain within the conciliar structures are as blithe about personal sin as was the late Joseph Alois “Cardinal” Ratzinger, who said twenty-two that he had “no problem” with those Catholics who only attended what they thought was Holy Mass several times a year:
I have nothing against people who, though they never enter a church during the year, go to Christmas midnight Mass, or go on the occasion of some other celebration, because this is also a way of coming close to the light. Therefore, there must be different forms of involvement and participation. (CARDINAL RATZINGER ON THE FUTURE OF CHRISTIANITY).
Ratzinger's lack of regard for the Third Commandment was but a logical consequence for the lack of regard that he had for the First and Second Commandments as he had, as Benedict XVI, personally esteemed the symbols of five false religions with his priestly hands and has said that "Christians and Jews pray to the same Lord" and has called mosques and synagogues and even a mountain in Japan, Mount Hiei, atop which the Buddhists worship their devils as "sacred" places.
One who can so flagrantly violate the First and Second Commandments with such utter impunity demonstrates in the objective order of things, leaving aside subjective culpability solely to God Himself, Who alone knows the interior dispositions of souls, that he does not understand Who God is or what He has revealed to us through His true Church. This lack of understanding of the identity of God flowed logically from Ratzinger/Benedict's lack of understanding of the nature of God and His Revelation, believing that the expressions of dogmatic truth are contingent on the historical circumstances in which they were formulated. One who gets such basic things wrong is not going to have much of a real sense of the horror of personal sin and how to respond to it appropriately, something that the deceased “new theologian” had very much in common with his much more vulgar, venal, and profane successor in the conciliar seat of apostasy.
Jorge Mario Bergoglio, for his part, has disparaged the Ten Commandments in the mode of Martin Luther and some of lieutenants within the conciliar hierarchy have gone so far as to doubt the very existence of the Natural Law, which is inscribed on the very flesh of our hearts but of which Holy Mother Church is the authoritative interpreter, and this egregious apostate has gone out of his way to engage in acts of such utter religious indifferentism and naturalism that would have made even the Arians, Donatists, and Nestorians of yore blush with shame.
Perhaps the zenith of Bergoglio’s madness was his Judeo-Masonic Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together that he signed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on February 4, 2019, that made not one reference to Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, He Who is the very King of Kings and Prince of Peace Who has said that “without Me, you can do nothing. It is very easy to denigrate the gravity of sins against Holy Purity when one has grown comfortable directly violating the First through Fifth Commandments, although it should also be noted that it is more commonly the case that one can grow comfortable violating the First through Fifth Commandments if he is living a life of sin against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments, something that characterized he lives of both Martin Luther and Henry VIII before their respective revolutions against the true Church founded by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Himself.
As the late Father John A. Hardon, S.J., noted in a conference in 1987, “the Protestant Revolution was all about sex and divorce,” and the same can be of the conciliar revolution that overthrew the ends proper to Holy Matrimony, liberalized the Catholic Church’s process to obtain a decree of marital nullity, which began to be dispensed like Pez tablets in the 1970s, and adopted an entire ideology of a supposedly “Catholic” way to prevent the conception of children, which is the primary end of marriage, by natural means when a variety of permissive circumstances, including those of a “psychological” or “emotional” nature, warranted. What Jorge Mario Bergoglio has been doing for the past decade and what the conciliar “bishops” in Germany are doing now is nothing other than the logical consequences of a whole false theology that has accommodate itself to the “world,” reconciled itself to false religions while many of its own clergy, both true and putative, have become so immersed in sins against nature that not a few conciliar “bishops” worldwide have been so bold as to suggest that moral theology must reflect the lives of the people at this time, ignoring the simple truth that it is up to individual people to cooperate with the graces that Our Lord won for them during His Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross and that flow into their souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces, to conform their own lives to the binding precepts of the Divine and Natural Laws. As God does not demand the impossible. It is one thing to sin and then to be sorry before being reconciled with God in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance. It is quite another to persist in sin unrepentantly and worse yet to celebrate it openly as a “human right.”
We must always beg Our Lady to help us to persevere in a state of Sanctifying Grace until we die and also to help us resist all fear of losing human respect by persevering in the lonely path of recognizing that the conciliar church is a false religious sect and that its “popes” have been and continue to be figures and precursors of Antichrist himself.
The Gospel that is read at Holy Mass today records Our Risen Saviour’s meeting the Eleven while they were fishing and Saint Peter’s casting his net at His instruction, though Saint Peter did not recognize the Risen Jesus at first, to try again to catch some fish after a night of being unable to catch any:
In that time, Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. And he shewed himself after this manner. There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas, who is called Didymus, and Nathanael, who was of Cana of Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples. Simon Peter saith to them: I go a fishing. They say to him: We also come with thee. And they went forth, and entered into the ship: and that night they caught nothing. But when the morning was come, Jesus stood on the shore: yet the disciples knew not that it was Jesus. Jesus therefore said to them: Children, have you any meat? They answered him: No. He saith to them: Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and you shall find. They cast therefore; and now they were not able to draw it, for the multitude of fishes. That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved, said to Peter: It is the Lord. Simon Peter, when he heard that it was the Lord, girt his coat about him, - for he was naked, - and cast himself into the sea. But the other disciples came in the ship, - for they were not far from the land, but as it were two hundred cubits, - dragging the net with fishes. As soon then as they came to land, they saw hot coals lying, and a fish laid thereon, and bread. Jesus saith to them: Bring hither of the fishes which you have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land, full of great fishes, one hundred and fifty-three. And although there were so many, the net was not broken. Jesus saith to them: Come, and dine. And none of them who were at meat, durst ask him: Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. And Jesus cometh and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish in like manner. This is now the third time that Jesus was manifested to his disciples, after he was risen from the dead. (John 21: 1-14.)
Our first pope hauled in one hundred fifty-three fish, and it is precisely one hundred fifty-three times that we pray the Hail Mary whenever we pray each of the mysteries (Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious) of her Most Holy Rosary. Even though the following would drive most contemporary Scripture scholars batty, it is certainly the case that Our Lord, Who knows all things—past, present, future—was teaching us during that apparition to the Eleven of the necessity of relying upon Our Lady’s maternal intercession through her Most Holy Rosary that would be given to men through Saint Dominic de Guzman nearly twelve hundred years later.
Pope Saint Gregory the Great commented on today’s Gospel by noting that the shore represents eternal life, and that the waves represent the buffetings of the world:
Dearly beloved brethren, the portion of the Holy Gospel which hath but now been read in your ears, knocketh loudly at the door of your heart, with a certain question, the answer whereto calleth for thought. This same question is: Wherefore did Peter, who had before his conversion been a fisher, wherefore did he, after his conversion, again go a-fishing? since the Truth hath said: No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God? Luke ix. 62. Wherefore did Peter return to that which he had left? But we thought we see the answer to his question. The trade which was harmless before his conversion, did not become harmful because he had been converted.
We know that Peter had been a fisherman, and Matthew a publican, and that Peter after his conversion went back to his fishing, but Matthew did not return to the receipt of custom. It is one thing to seek a livelihood by fishing, and another to amass money by farming of taxes. There are many kinds of business in which it is difficult or impossible to be engaged without committing sin, and to such kinds of business as these, he which hath once been converted must not again betake himself.
It may likewise be asked why, when the disciples were toiling in the sea, the Lord, after His Resurrection, stood on the shore, whereas, before His Resurrection, He had walked on the waves before them all. The reason of this is quickly known if we will think of the end which it then served. The sea is a figure of this present world, tossed to and fro by changing fortune, and continually ebbing and flowing with the diverse tides of life. The stableness of the shore is an image of the never-ending rest of the eternal home. The disciples therefore, for that they were yet tossed to and fro upon the waves of a dying life, were toiling in the sea, but He our Redeemer, Who had already laid aside that which in this body is subject to corruption, and had risen again from the dead, He stood upon the shore. (As found in Matins, The Divine Office, Wednesday within the Octave of Easter.)
It is only with Our Lady’s help that we can safely reach the shores of eternal life while we traverse the storms of this world, which include the buffetings by both the lords of Modernity in the world and those of Modernism in the counterfeit church of conciliarism. Our mission, therefore, is simple: to rise above all fear and agitation to remain ever trustful without being one bit presumptuous that Our Lady will help us during all the circumstances of this passing, moral vale of tears and pray for us now, and at the hour of our death if only we maintain a childlike confidence in her love for us, the very stinkers who were the cause of her Divine Son’s Passion and Death that He suffered out of love to redeem us from slavery to the devil and to give us the hope of eternal life with Him by the aids He sends to us through His Most Blessed Mother, she who was given to us to be our own Blessed Mother when He entrusted Saint John unto her as her son by adoption.
Forget about the German “bishops.”
Forget about Jorge Mario Bergoglio.
Celebrate this Easter season of glory while giving thanks for our redemption in which the August Queen of Heaven, she who is the Queen of Martyrs, cooperated fully and perfectly.
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.
