So, What's New?

[Update on the Feast of Saint Albert the Great, November 15, 2024: I was working on yet another commentary about harmful effects of the coronasam "vaccines" when the news that former and future president Donald John Trump had nominated Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr., to be the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. This news has delighted many opponents of the coronascam jabs.

[As prophetically correct and as a courageous as Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr., has been about vaccines in general and the coronascam poisoned shots in particular, he is unqualified to serve in the position for which he has been nominated as the Department of Health and Human Services as he  has stated that he supports the chemical and surgical execution of children up to and including the day of birth. Oh, yes, there have been times when he has been forced to back away from supporting baby-slaughtering up to the day of birth, but one who is generally supportive of baby-killing and utterly confused about the binding precepts of the Divine and Natural Laws is unfit to head a massive, sprawling Federal department that issues regulations and directives concerning both contraception and the surgical killing of children. Kennedy has even said that he supports full access to the human pesticide, the abortion pill, which received approval from a subsidiary of the Department of Health and Human Services. the United States Food and Drug Administration on September 14, 2000, and was not reversed by either George Walker Bush nor by Donald John Trump.

[As important as the issues of vaccines, food safety, and taming the behemoth known as Big Pharma are, the inviolability of innocent human life trumps them all.

[While I thought that Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr., might be appointed to a role that supervises the specific issues with which he has been involved. his nomination to Secretary of Health and Services shows yet again that President-elect Trump does not consider support for the nonexistent right to "choose" to kill a baby as anything other than a political issue to be "finessed," not as the overriding moral issue of our day.

[Although I will deal with this all more fully in the commentary upon which I have been working, readers who are interested might want to read the following article from sixteen months ago: Remember, Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr., That You Have A Soul.

A reader was kind enough to alert me to a recent address given by the conciliar “archbishop” of Sydney, Australia. “Archbishop” Anthony Fisher used his address to term the immutable Catholic doctrine that the Mosaic Covenant was superseded by the New and Eternal Covenant that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ instituted at the Last Supper and ratified by the shedding of every single drop of His Most Precious Blood during His Passion and Death on Good Friday as the “supersessionist heresy.” There is nothing new in this statement as it has become pretty standard conciliar orthodoxy.

It appears to be that Fisher himself is wearing the same heretical shoes as Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

The next original commentary should appear tomorrow or on Saturday.

On the Feast of Saint Josaphat Kuncewicz, November 14, 2024

This is a republished reflection on the life and martrydom of Saint Josaphat Kuncewicz, whose feast is celebrated today.

Saint Jospahat Kuncewicz did what conciliarism forbids, namely, seeking the conversion of the heretical and schismatic Orthodox to the Catholic Church, she who is the one and only true Church founded by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ upon the Rock of Peter, the Pope.

The current pretender in Rome has carried on the conciliar "tradition" of claiming that the Orthodox churches are simply a branch of "Christianity." This brief reflection refutes that false contention. Indeed, the very life of Saint Jospahat Kuncewicz is a refutation of that false contention.

The next  original commentary will be published within fifteen minutes of this republished reflection.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio Would Have Called Margaret Sanger "One of the Greats"

Jorge Mario Bergoglio recently paid a visit to Emma Bonino, the former Italian foreign minister and actual baby-killer who is called the "Margaret Sanger of Italy."

What does that matter to Jorge Mario Bergoglio?

Nothing.

This is a detailed commentary.

I will have another commentary for you in a day or so.

Finally, although I am not going to read too much into some of the "smoke signals" being sent out by the president-elect's transition team, there may come a time in the near futuer when I will to revive the "Sober Up" franchise that began eight years ago. We shall see how far the self-described "moderate" Susie Summerall Wiles pushes her victorious boss to be more "moderate" in preparation for the 2022 midterm elections. Oremus.

Reviewing the Electoral College on a Step by Step Basis in 2024

Update on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 1:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time

As one who has followed elections since 1956 and is a professional political scientist with an earned doctorate in the field, I can say that I have never seen anything on the purely natural level that rivals the ability of the forty-fifth president to overcome every false accusation, two impeachments, ninety-one indictments in four different cases, constant comparisons to Adolph Hitler and disparagements of his voters, which, as turned out to be the case, over fifty percent of the American electorate, and constant stream of negative coverage by the mainslime media. We must for the conversion of the forty-fifth and forty-seventh President of the United States of America, President Donald John Trump as a man who has been gifted with such natural courage would make a superb Catholic.

My criticisms of the new president-elect will continue, including the way in which he dumbed down the meaning of being "pro-life" and his support of sodomy and his unqualified support of the policies of the State of Israel, but suffice it for the moment to say it is now time to pray for the new president-elect and for the country as this intractable remains firm: Catholicism unites, error divides.

Material prosperity and national security cannot be established or maintained on the altar of the innocent preborn as so many citizens go about their lives with no regard for offending the true God of Divine Revelation, the Most Blessed Trinity.

I will have a comprehensive analysis of these events from a supernatural perspective by this time tomorrow morning.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

All the Saints, pray for us.

This is my quadrennial review of how presidents and vice presidents of the United States are elected.

The first part of this commentary is an exercise in pure poltical science offered by one who has an earned doctorate in that field with a major concentration on American political systems.

The last part of this commentary attempts to put today's events in a supernatural conext, which is they this website was created.

Pray Our Lady's Holy Rosary this day and every day.

Our Lady, Queen of All Saints, pray for us.

The Holy Relics, pray for us,

Blessed Martin de Porres, T.O.P., pray for us.

Our Lord Always Calms the Tumultuous Waters

This is yet another effort to help Catholics rise above the agitation, fear, and anxiety that are gripping so many people who ought to know better.

To accomplish this end, I have turned to three sermons written by Father Francis X. Weninger for the Fourth Sunday after the Epiphany (which was the Mass offered yesterday, the Twenty-fourth Sunday after Pentecost) with a bit of commentary of my own both before and after.

An updated review on the workings of the electoral college will appear tomorrow, November 5, 2024, the fifth day in the Octave of All Saints (and, in some places, the Feast of the Holy Relics or, here in the United States of America, of Blessed Martin de Porres, T.O.P.). This review began on this sie in 2008 and has been updated quadrennially.

Finally, I renew my appeal for non-tax-deductible financial gifts. Thank you.

Witness from Nagasaki: Dr. Takashi Paul Nagai

Although I spent a significant amount of time in Trust in Christ the King, part four, to discuss the meditation given by Dr. Takashi Paul Nakai at a Requiem Mass in Nagasaki, Japan, on November 23, 1945, three months, fourteen days after an American bomber had dropped the second atomic bomb on very Catholic city in Japaan, I thought it would be good to provide a brief commentary about this remarable meditation, which should help those who are fearful about what will happen on November 5, 2024, here in the United States of America the motivation to see the events of the world through the supernatural eyes of the Holy Faith in the same spirit of serene acceptance of God's Holy Will as possessed by Dr. Nagai.

Our Lady of Deliverance, pray for us.

On the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, November 2, 2024

Our one and only goal in this life is to get home to Heaven by dying in a state of Sanctifying Grace as a member of the Catholic Church. Absolutely nothing else matters. The path to Heaven runs through the Cross of our Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as we consecrate ourselves to Him totally through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of His Most Blessed Mother. We must embrace suffering and humiliation and hardship with equanimity, joy and gratitude, mindful of the fact that Our Lady desires use whatever merits we earn from our embrace of our sufferings for the honor and glory of the Most Blessed Trinity and for the good of souls, especially the Poor Souls in the Church Suffering in Purgatory, whose intentions we must remember every day and especially during this month of November. There is no other path to the triumph of the empty tomb other than the suffering of the Cross.

We must also forgive right readily those who have offended us in any way and to ask forgiveness from those whom we have offended, whether advertently or inadvertently. Nothing anyone does to us or says about us is the equal of what one of our least Venial Sins caused Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to suffer in His Sacred Humanity during his Passion and Death and that caused His Most Blessed Mother's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart to be pierced through and through with Seven Swords of Sorrow. The good, the bad and the ugly of ever person's life is revealed only on the Last Day at the General Judgment of the living and the dead. Let us be content to bear with suffering, humiliation, ostracism and mockery now as a means of so dying to self that we will consider it to be a great honor to be crushed and brought low in the sight of men. Suffering is indeed the path to triumph!

We must continue to pray for each other on a daily basis, praying especially that the disagreements of the present moment in this time of apostasy and betrayal will be washed away by the merits of the Most Precious Blood of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and by the maternal intercession of His Most Blessed Mother. If we want to be in Heaven for all eternity, you see, in the presence of the Most Blessed Trinity, Our Lady, Saint Joseph and all of the angels of the saints, then it is a pretty good idea to pray for everyone whom God's Providence has placed in our paths, hoping that those from whom we might be estranged at the present time, especially because of the divisions among Catholics created by conciliarism and its apostasies, will be united with us for all eternity in the glories of Heaven, please God that each of us dies in a state of Sanctifying Grace.

One of ways in which we can practice true Charity is to remember the Poor Souls every day in our prayers. Terrible, terrible sinner that I am, one of my devotions has long been to the Poor Souls. To help the Poor Souls repay the debt that they can no longer pay for themselves is to acquire friends for eternity who will help us at the moment of our own deaths. Charity to the Poor Souls can help to undo our own uncharity to others in this passing, mortal vale of tears. This is indeed the month of the Poor Souls. Let us show them our due attention each and every day of the year, especially in this month of November.

Remember, of course, that from noon yesterday, Friday, November 1, 2024, through midnight today, Saturday, November 2, 2024, the Commemoration of All Souls, the Catholic faithful, as often as they visit a church or to pray for the dead, reciting six times during each visit the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be for the intentions of Holy Mother Church may gain a plenary indulgence applicable only to the souls in Purgatory, under the usual conditions of making a good Confession within a week before or after, worthily receiving Holy Communion within the week and having the right intention of heart. This is called the Toties Quoties Indulgence.

Also, courtesy of the Daily Catholic website, are the Thirty-Day De Profundis Prayers for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

Our Lady of Deliverance, pray for the Poor Souls and for us.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.

May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

A new reflection will be published shortly.

Remember also that a four part video presentation was posted to You Tube yesterday:

On the Feast of All Saints, November 1, 2024

Update on the Afternoon of November 1, 2024:

The four-part video series, Trust in Christ the King, has been uploaded.

Some of those who subscribe to my You Tube channel must have received notification of my first upload, which was of a video that I had recorded a few weeks ago but which I was displeased. This video has been deleted, although I recognize now that it was not as terrible as I thought it had been at first. Nevetheless, it is not part of the following series:

Trust in Christ the King, part one

Trust in Christ the King, part two

Trust in Christ the King part three

Trust in Christ the King, part four

Each video is approximately thirty minutes long.

I may record another video tomorrow, the Commeoration of All the Faithful Departed, on the evils of socialism and Marxism, and new reflection, based upon a story recounted in part four of this video series, will appear by tomorrow morning.

Finally, as always, non-tax-deductible financial gifts are always needed. Please make a donation of any amount if you are able to do so.

Thank you.

This is called the Toties Quoties Indulgence.

Finally, although I am working on a very brief new commentary, I did decide to record four new video presentations yesterday, Thursay, October 31, 2024, the Vigil of All Saints.

What are the video presentations about?

What do you think they are about?

There is all manner of understandable fear as to what will happen if the pro-death, Chinese Communist Party stooges get elected in four days (or however many days thereafter it will to count, manufacture, destroy, or alter the votes in the "blue states" if the outcome is close). However, we must remember the following:Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves. But beware of men. For they will deliver you up in councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues. And you shall be brought before governors, and before kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles: But when they shall deliver you up, take no thought how or what to speak: for it shall be given you in that hour what to speak. For it is not you that speak, but the Spirit of your Father that speaketh in you.

The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death. And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake: but he that shall persevere unto the end, he shall be saved. And when they shall persecute you in this city, flee into another. Amen I say to you, you shall not finish all the cities of Israel, till the Son of man come. The disciple is not above the master, nor the servant above his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the goodman of the house Beelzebub, how much more them of his household?

Therefore fear them not. For nothing is covered that shall not be revealed: nor hid, that shall not be known. That which I tell you in the dark, speak ye in the light: and that which you hear in the ear, preach ye upon the housetops. And fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him that can destroy both soul and body in hell. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and not one of them shall fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Fear not therefore: better are you than many sparrows. Every one therefore that shall confess me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven. But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven. Do not think that I came to send peace upon earth: I came not to send peace, but the sword. For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

And a man's enemies shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me, is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me, is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life, shall lose it: and he that shall lose his life for me, shall find it. He that receiveth you, receiveth me: and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me. (Matthew 10: 16-40.)

The Cross is ever present in our lives. There is never any fleeing from the Cross. If we truly understand the Faith and reject all naturalistic influences, we will come to accept the fact that the Cross is waiting for us at every moment of our lives. No matter what decisions we might make as to which fork in the road to take at a given time, we can be sure of one thing: the Cross will be waiting for us all along either path. The Cross is our hope. The Cross is the means of our salvation. The Cross of the Divine Redeemer is the glory of our Catholic Faith. Catholics glory in that Cross. They do not shrink from it, and they recognize that every difficulty, every misunderstanding, every physical or emotional or spiritual pain, every humiliation, every calumny, and every rejection is meant to give us a share in the Cross of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as we give whatever merit we earn to Him through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. And we must recognize the simple truth that there is more merit for us when the crosses that we are asked to bear are hidden from public view and others make judgments about us based on a complete ignorance of those hidden crosses that are meant to be revealed only on the Last Day at the General Judgment of the Living and the Dead.

The second video is being uploaded as this is being written. The others will be uploaded either during the overnight hours or later this morning. I will provide an update as to when the uploading to You Tube is complete.

A blessed All Saints Day to you all!
