A "Correction" In Need of A Correction, part three of a series

Although it is certainly the case that Jorge Mario Bergoglio's Amoris Laetitia is a stunning piece of heresy, it is nevertheless baffling that the authors of the most recent "correction" issued by "conservative" Catholics within the structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have not issued any "corrections" on the false "pontiff's" false ecclesiology and the offenses he has given to the First and Second Commandments by esteeming the symbols of false religions, which he asserts have the means to help build the "better world" and to "protect the environment."

Ah, but to this, of course, the "correctors" would have to condemn conciliarism itself as odious to God as even their beloved "Pope Benedict XVI," however much he may differ with his successor on a few matters, offended God greatly by promulgating doctrines contrary to the received teaching of the Catholic Church, starting with the very immutable nature of dogma (the subject of part one of this series). Joseph Alois Ratzinger was also a first-class violator of the First and Second Commandments in his own apostate right?

Why just the Sixth and Ninth Commandments and not the First and the Second?

The concluding part of this series, part four, will follow in a few days. Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-People's Republic of California) is next on the to-do list, followed by part three of my series on Jorge Mario Bergoglio's address to the Italian Liturgical Council on August 24, 2017, the Feast of Saint Bartholomew.

A reflection on today's feast of Our Holy Guardian Angels was published a short while ago. Scroll below.

Reflections On the Feast of Our Holy Guardian Angels

This reflection on our Holy Guardian Angels is brief. Our devotion to and reliance upon our Guardian Angels, however, must be lifelong.

Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, pray for us.

Holy Guardian Angels, pray for us.

Revised and Expanded: Putting the Love of God Beyond All Else

This a revised and expanded reflection on the life and the work of Saint Jerome, the great great Dalmatian who put the love of God above all else. Consider just one quotation from the work of this prolific writer and translator of the Bible into the Latin Vulgate:

"It is a smaller sin to follow evil which you think is good, than not to venture to defend what you know for certain is good. If we cannot endure threats, injustice, poverty, how shall we overcome the flames of Babylon? Let us not lose by hollow peace what we have preserved by war. I should be sorry to allow my fears to teach me faithlessness, when Christ has put the true faith in the power of my choice." (Saint Jerome, Prologue to the Treatise Against the Pelagians.)

How many traditionally-minded Catholics who are as of yet attached to the structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism who know for certain that it is not good to praise false religions or to enter places of false worship or to treat the "clergy" of false religions as having a mission from the true God of Divine Revelation to serve and save souls refuse to do what is good, that is, to defend the honor and glory and majesty God and His Sacred Deposit Faith in order to indemnify the author of Summorum Pontificum, Antipope Emeritus Joseph Alois Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, whose successor, Jorge Mario Bergoglios, has laid bare for all the world to see that he is "worried" by those who "want to return to the past"?

We must always defend what we know to be true as servants of the greater honor and glory of God.

Saint Jerome did.

What's our excuse?

Finally, I ask for your prayers for my dear wife, Sharon, who turns but a mere fifty-four years of age of age today. Thank you.

The next part of the series on the "Correction" is nearing completion. here might be an original commentary published tomorrow. The past week has been filled with family duties, which take precedence over all else.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Jerome, pray for us.

On The Feast of the Dedication of the Church of Saint Michael the Archangel

Today is the Feast of the Dedication of the Church of Saint Michael the Archangel.

We need Saint Michael's intercession more now than ever before. We need his help in our own daily battles with the forces of the world, the flesh, and the devil. And, of course, we need his help with to remain faithful to the true Faith without making any concessions at all to conciliarism or its false officials who blaspheme God so regularly, so boldly, so repeatedly and with a chorus of bobble heads making excuses for them in their sins against the First and Second Commandments, which are just as important as the Sixth and Ninth Commandments.

Work is proceeding methodically on my part-by-part dissection and translation (from the conciliarspeak to plain English) of Jorge Mario Bergoglio's letter to Chinese Catholics that is both patronizing and insulting in its tone. The final few parts that I need to complete before posting require some comparisons to other events in the history of the Church that defender of "Pope Francis" will doubtlessly cite as precedents for their "pope's" betrayal of Chinese Catholics in the underground to their Communist captors and persecutors. Those comparisons will show substantial differences between what has happened in the past and what Bergoglio is doing today as he follows the path of Giovanni Battista Enrico Antonio Maria Montini/Paul VI's example of betraying Josef Cardinal Mindszenty, the Primate of Hungary, fifty-two years ago.

Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, pray for us.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us and keep us!

A "Correction" In Need of A Correction, part two of a series

Part two of the series on the “Correction” issued by some “conservative” scholars about the heresies contained in Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s Amoris Laetitia, March 19, 2016, was delayed by a setback in my recovery from the back injury that was incurred ten weeks ago now. It is my hope to have part three published by tomorrow, the Feast of the Dedication of the Church of Saint Michael the Archangel.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Wenceslaus, pray for us.

On the Feast of Saint Wenceslaus: A King Who Prostrated Himself Before THE King

Today is the feast of the great Saint Wenceslaus, King of Bohemia, who was murdered by his own brother, who hated the fact that that he, King Wenceslaus, was everything that he, Boleslaus, hated, namely, pious and devoted, a servant of Christ the King, a just ruler who ruled to advance the common temporal good in light of man's Last End. Boleslaus hated the fact that his brother, our dear saint, loved the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and baked the Eucharistic bread with his own hands. This should give us pause for reflection in our own circumstances today when so many of our own relatives and one-time friends and acquaintances might hate us simply for being Catholic, no less Catholics who try, despite our sins and failings, to adhere to everything taught by Holy Mother Church from time immemorial. Saint Wenceslaus was a king who was prostrate before THE King, Christ the King, in life who adores him in Heaven face to face.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Wenceslaus, pray for us.

Republished: We Can Do No Less Than The North American Martyrs

Today, Monday, September 26, 2016, is the Feast of the North American Martyrs, the eight Jesuits who gave up their lives for the Holy Faith in what are now parts of Canada and upstate New York between 1642 and 1649, and the Commemoration of Saints Cornelius and Cyprian.

This brief reflection speaks volumes about the contrast between the life and martyrdom of the eight men killed between 1642 and 1649 and the conciliar "saints". Each of the North American Martyr (Isaac Jogues, Rene Goupil, Jean Lalande, Gabriel Lalemant, Noel Chabanel, Anthony Daniel, Charles Garnier, and John de Brebeuf) shed their blood to Catholicize the upper reaches of North America. They were not interested in "inculturating" the Catholic liturgy with the pagan superstitions and barbaric practices of the Iroquois. They were concerned only about attempting to convert the heathens to the true Faith and to plant the seeds for the conversion of the land in which their noble missionary work had taken them.

Can we do any less than they?

We must seek to "keep it Catholic" at all times as we seek to plant the seeds for the conversion of this nation to become the Catholic States of America.

Although it was my intention to have part two of the series about the "Correction" that was issued to "Pope Francis" by "conservative" Catholic scholars ready for publication today, the work on my part one and a full day of attending to family errands make it impossible for me to do so. However, I will be back at the computer pretty much all day today, Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

Finally, I learned last night, Monday, September 25, 2017, that our dear friend, Father Thomas Dignan, who had been the assistant pastor of Saint Jude Shrine in Stafford,, Texas, since his arrival there in 2004, died last night at 7:30 p.m., Central Daylight Saving Time. While we are greatly saddened by this news as we spent much time visiting with Father Dignan over the past eleven years whenever we made trips to the Houston, Texas, area (and during the times in 2007, 2009, and 2011 our former residence on wheels, the motor home, was parked at a campground in Sugar Land, Texas, for extended periods of time), we are nevertheless grateful to Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for taking Father Dignan unto Himself after over sixty years of uncompromisingly zealous priestly service. He was eighty-seven years of age, and was ordained as as a priest for the Diocese of Bismark, North Dakota, in 1957.

In addition to his priestly zeal, including his great devotion, as you noted, to Holy Mass and to the Sacred Tribunal of Penance, Father Dignan was one of the most mechanically able priests I have ever met. We never ceased to be amazed at how Father Dignan, dressed his overalls, could be seen working on the roof of the Shrine or carrying one or more two-by-four pieces of lumber around the property. Yes, much like the One to Whom He had been conformed when He was orained to the priesthood, he loved working with wood. Indeed, he was a very skilled carpenter, and we have been told that his collection of tools was very impressive.

Above all else, of course, Father Dignan had a great zeal for the work of the Legion of Mary, which he replicated in the Houston area to the very best of his priestly ability, especially by going to hospitals and nursing homes throughout the Houston area. I am confident that Our Lady gave him all of her motherly assistance at the hour of his death, although, presuming the state of no soul after death, we will continue to pray for the repose of his immortal soul as we did shortly after receiving Father Campbell's e-mail before we commenced our Night Prayers last evening.

We may be poor materially, but we are very rich to have known Father Dignan and to know Father Campbell, no less to have had our sins forgiven and to have been fed with the very Bread of Life Himself from his priestly hands and of those of Father Louis J.Campbell, who has been the pastor of Saint Jude Shrine since 2002.

Father Dignan's quiet humility and his priestly dignity were truly inspirational. He was not concerned about empire-building or turf wars. He was concerned only about the honor and glory of God and the good of souls. He was one of the very finest priests I have ever known. Indeed, he was a gentle priest who showed kindness to everyone without fail.

I will endeavor to write a short personal reminiscence of Father Dignan in a day or two.

Please remember Father Dignan's immortal soul in your prayers, especially to the Mother of God through her Most Holy Rosary, and by having the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered by a true priest for the repose of his immortal soul.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all of the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

A "Correction" That Damns Ratzinger Just as Much as Bergoglio

On The Commemorated Feast of Our Lady of Ransom

Given the work that I have been doing on my newest book project, original articles are at a standstill for a little while longer.

Indeed, I have come to the difficult and vexing problem of formatting the text of my forthcoming book, To Live in the Light of Eternity, Volume 1, and have to deal with the problems posed by page margins and the coordination of the pagination provided by the Table of Contents. Such technical matters may be quite easy for some. They are very difficult for this simpleton. It is my hope, though, to spend most of the Feast of Our Lady of Ransom, Tuesday, September 24, 2019, resolving these matters as the book itself is ready for publication.

Thus, you see, I have been very busy. There is as of yet, however, nothing tangible to present to readers at this time despite the work of recent days.

What I can present you, however, is a brief, republished reflection on the Feast of Our Lady of Ransom.

Our Lady of Ransom, pray for us.

Trump Being Swallowed By The Swamp He Promised to Drain

I am sorry that this commentary has taken so long to complete. However, my time is not my own, and the physical challenges that I have faced in the past nine weeks have slowed me down.

Nonetheless, however, this new commentary deals with the sad state of affairs in the world of naturalism, which is based upon the tragically false belief that one can be utterly indifferent to Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in public affairs. To believe that one can combat the deep state forces of naturalism with some other kind of naturalism is to believe in the old Pelagian heresy of self-redemption.

Also, I want to call the attention of this site’s few readers to an important article that Dr. Paul Byrne has written: Judge rules Jahi McMath may not be dead. I will have more to say about Jahi McMath’s remarkable story at some point in the next week or ten days, and I will have the next installment on Bergoglio’s address last month to his fellow liturgical revolutionaries in Italy.

Finally, let us remember that we are living during a time of profound chastisements. Many people in Texas, Mexico, Florida, and the Caribbean, including the American Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the American Virgin Islands, have been hit very hard by recent natural disasters, which are being sent to us by the loving hand of God to chastise us so that we can make reparation for our sins by offering all to Him through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

May we continue to pray for those who have been killed by these recent storms and for those who have survived them, and may we beg Our Lady daily to be in a state of Sanctifying Grace and to be ever ready to make a perfect Act of Contrition for our sins.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Pope Saint Linus, pray for us.

Saint Thecla, pray for us.
