Republished: Rejoice! Give Thanks! The Immaculate Maria Bambina Was Born on This Day!

Today is the great feast day of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, she who is the fairest flower of our race. The Thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost is also commemorated today.

The angels rejoiced around the crib where Good Saint Anne placed her all-holy daughter, who had been conceived without any stain of Original Sin nine months before, that is, on December 8. The New Eve, whose act of perfect obedience to the will of God the Father at the moment that Saint Gabriel the Archangel announced to her that she would be the very Mother of God untied the knot of the first Eve's prideful disobedience in the Garden of Eden, shone at her Nativity with exterior beauty and brightness that reflected the interior beauty and brightness of her immortal soul, filled with grace at the very moment of Immaculate Conception.

The favor of God rested upon Our Lady from all eternity. How can words capture our gratitude and joy to God for giving us Our Lady to be our own Heavenly Mother and Queen?

They can't.

Words can only approximate our gratitude and joy this day--and every day of our lives--over the fact that the Singular Vessel of Devotion in whose Virginal and Immaculate Womb would be conceived Our Divine Redeemer was born this day.

We would not have any chance of getting to Heaven if Our Lady had not been conceived and born.

We have no chance of getting to Heaven without Our Lady's help, which is why we, as the consecrated slaves of her Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through her own Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, must cling to her at all times, especially by means of wearing--and the fulfilling the terms of our enrollment in--her Brown Scapular and by praying as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit.

Perhaps the best birthday gift that we can give to Our Lady, apart from our worthy reception of her Divine Son in Holy Communion at a true offering of Holy Mass at the hands of a true bishop or a true priest if this is possible where one lives in this time of apostasy and betrayal, is to resolve now to do live more penitentially in reparation for our sins and those of the world world. By living more penitentially and by praying more Rosaries each day, you see, our souls might--emphasis on might--begin to be filled with more fervor and tenderness for Our Most Blessed Mother, she who made possible our salvation and who is the Mediatrix of All Graces.

The next original article on this site should appear on Monday, September 8, 2018, the Feast of Saint Peter Claver, S.J.

A blessed Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary to you all.

Maria Bambia! We salute thee as the fairest flower of our race. Pray for us!

Saint Hadrian, pray for us.

Republished: Pope Saint Pius X: Modernism's Eternal Foe, Our Eternal Friend and Spiritual Father

[This republished article did not appear on this home page when it was posted on September 3, 2020, something that came to me as a surprise when I checked this site just a few moments ago on the Fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost while working on the next original article.]

Unlike his immediate predecessor, Pope Leo XIII, and each of his three successors (Popes Benedict XV, Pius XI, and Pius XII), the former Giuseppe Melchiorre Sarto was not in the diplomatic service of the Holy See at any time during the nearly forty-five years of his priesthood prior to his rather remarkable election as the Successor of Saint Peter on August 4, 1903. He was not prone to accept the word of diplomats, and he did not suffer lies and misrepresentations easily.

The farm boy from Riese, Italy, who served as a pastor of souls in a rough-and-tumble Italian cow town, Tombolo, and then in Salzano before becoming Bishop of Mantua and the Cardinal Patriarch of Venice, was always close to Our Lady. This tender devotion to Our Lady, which he learned from his saintly mother, helped him to keep close to the sheep even when he was the Vicar of Christ on earth.

Thanks to the sign given him by the life and death of Little Nellie of Holy God, Pope Saint Pius X was the advocate of early First Communion (and early Confirmation) and of frequent Communions. It is no accident at all that the now retired Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI made no reference to the centenary of Pascendi Dominci Gregis on September 8, 2007. Ratzinger/Benedict made absolutely no reference on August 15, 2010, to the centenary of Pope Saint Pius X's Notre Charge Apostolique, which was a ringing condemnation of the false philosophy of the Sillon that is of the essence of conciliarism. He made no reference to the one hundredth anniversary of The Oath Against Modernism on September 1, 1910 (see Witness Against Benedict XVI: The Oath Against Modernism).

How could he?

He stands condemned by the very words in these documents issued by Pope Saint Pius X.

So does the man who ignored the one hundredth anniversary of Papa Sarto's death, Jorge Mario Bergolio, back on August 20, 2014.

The contrast between the Catholicism of Pope Saint Pius X, a defender of the Social Reign of Christ the King and the confessional Catholic civil state, and the conciliarism of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who has denounced "restorationists" as "Pelagian" and "hard-headed" Pharisees while defending "healthy laicism" and "religious liberty" and the "separation of Church and State, could not be more clear.

Here is the Collect for today's feast in the Immemorial Mass of Tradition:

"O God, who for the defense of the Catholic Faith and the restoration of all things in Christ didst fill Saint Pius, Supreme Pontiff, with heavenly wisdom and apostolic courage: grant in Thy loving kindness that by following his teachings and examples we may attain eternal rewards. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who liveth and reigneth with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, forever and ever. Amen."

Pope Saint Pius X opposed Modernism.

So must we as we refuse any "communion" at all with conciliarism or its false shepherds who are at war with the Catholic Faith.

Although I returned to full-time "active duty" in the care of our small farm while Sharon and Lucy were away at the American Miniature Horse Association's World Show for the final few days of exhibitions, which ended on Saturday, September 5, 2020, the Feast of Saint Lawrence Justinian (and the twenty-eighth anniversary of the death of my father, Dr. Albert Henry Martin Droleskey), I am in the midst of writing another original article for this site while  also formatting volume 6 of To Live in Light of Eternity. Please scroll below for information on the publication of volume five and of Life, Death, and Truth: Under Attack by Medicine and Law.

Inversion in Ireland and Elsewhere Throughout the Conciliar Universe

This article has been written at various times over the past week as most of my time in the past few days has been spent tending to the duties of our small farm while our daughter showed her miniature horses at the American Miniature Horse Association World Show in Fort Worth, Texas, where she did very well, not only by winning a reserve grand champion award and third place in one class (in only her fourth show) but, more importantly, by the good Catholic witness she gave to those involved in the competition, the judges and to those in stands and watching online (as I was doing). Her modesty of attire, politeness to one and all, good humor acceptance of both defeat and victory with graciousness won her the event’s youth “good sportsmanship” award. Sharon told me that people came up to Lucy at a restaurant on Saturday evening to say how much they enjoyed watching her show her horses. Obviously, we are grateful to Our Lord and His Blessed Mother for the gift that is our eighteen year-old daughter.

The farm duties required me to stay at home except for a cameo appearance on Saturday, August 29, 2020, the Feast of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist and the Commemoration of Saint Sabina. This commentary, therefore, was written as time was available between the feeding (including bottle feeding a two week old lamb whose mother is without milk to feed her) and watering of the animals, just took time to write.

What is this commentary about?

Well, why don’t you read it to find out?

All right. I will not hold you in suspense any longer.

This article is about a confrontation that took place outside of Catholic church in conciliar captivity in in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, Ireland, on Saturday evening, August 15, 2020, the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, to protest a Mohammedan imam’s “call to prayer” inside of the church on April 3, 2020, the Feast of the Seven Dolors of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Passiontide.

Finally, I owe replies to several emails that I have received in the past week. I ask these good people to be patient as I try to catch up with that correspondence before moving on to the writing of "Sin: More Deadly Than the Coronavirus, part 7."

TWO NEW BOOKS PUBLISHED:

LIFE, DEATH, AND TRUTH: UNDER ATTACK BY MEDICINE AND LAW

TO LIVE IN LIGHT OF ETERNITY, VOLUME 5

Work on the next original article for this website continues. However, several events have intervened to delay its publication, which should take place on Saturday, August 29, 2020, the Feast of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist.

For the moment, however, I am announcing to the “vast” multitudes who access this website the publication of my newest anthologies.

The first is Life, Death, and Truth: Under Attack by Medicine and Law. This book is a collection of my commentaries on contraception, abortion, sterilization, “brain death” and human organ vivisection, “palliative”/hospice care, the starvation and dehydration of brain-damaged human beings, and “natural family planning.”

The contents of this latest book need to be read carefully. Although book contains commentaries that have appeared on this site over the course of more than a decade, the issues discussed require careful thought and reflection.

The book has been published in paperback and Kindle formats.

Also, To Live in Light of Eternity, Volume 5, has been published, containing reflections on the feast days from that of Saint Stephen of Hungary, September 2, to a reflection on the Miracle of Sun on October 13. This is book is also available in Paperback and Kindle formats.

Thank you.

Saint Louis IX: Christ the King's Viceroy and Exemplar

Today, Tuesday, Augut 25, 2020, is the Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost and the Commemoratoin of the Feast of Saint Louis IX, King of France, that great exemplar of the Social Reign of Christ the King. Saint Louis was taught by his holy mother, Blessed Blanche of Castile, to prefer death rather to commit a deliberate Mortal Sin. He heard two Masses a day and was a member of the Third Order of Saint Francis, whose patron saint he remains to this day.

Saint Louis strove to rule according to the Mind of Christ the King as He had deposited It exclusively in the Catholic Church, recognizing that he, Louis IX, would have to answer to Christ the King at the moment of his own Particular Judgment for how he ruled his subjects. His letter to his son Philip is a succinct summary of the principles of Catholic Social Teaching. It is a model for how everyone in public life should conduct himself in order to please Christ the King as the devoted client of Our Lady, she who is our Immaculate Queen.

The next original article, which deals with events in the counterfeit church of concilairism, is being written. It is my hope the article published by Thursday, August 27, 2020, the Feast of Saint Joseph Calasanctius.

In the meantime, however, I will be posting news about the publication of two new books, Life, Death, and Truth: Under Attack by Medicine and Law, and To Live in Light of Eternity, Volume 5, when both are available for purchase at some point later today.

On the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, One of the Two Last Remedies

Today is the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to which the month of August is devoted, that heart that was pierced with Seven Swords of Sorrow during the Life of her Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus was formed out of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. These twin hearts of matchless love suffered as one and they beat as one while on earth and they have beat as one in Heaven since Our Lady was Assumed into Heaven body and soul after her death.

Our Lady's Immaculate Heart was unstained by Original Sin or Actual Sins. The Immaculate Heart of the Mother of God, therefore, was capable of a purity of love of God and of her fellow men that is almost indescribable. Our Lady's Most Pure, Most Holy Heart despises the sins that caused her Divine Son to suffer in His Sacred Humanity during His Passion and Death but at the same time is full of a perfect and completely pure maternal compassion for erring sinners such as you and me.

Our Lord, showing us His infinite compassion for us erring sinners, has sent us His Most Blessed Mother to provide us with her maternal assistance to get home to Heaven as members of His true Church founded upon the Rock of Peter, the Pope.

We have been given the Rosary, the Brown Scapular of Mount Carmel, the Miraculous Medal, and the Green Scapular through her loving hands, through which flow the graces won for us by the shedding of Our Lord's Most Precious Blood on the wood of the Holy Cross.

Her apparition to Juan Diego and the miraculous image of herself she left on his tilma helped to convert millions of Indians to the true Faith in the Americas.

Our Lady ratified Pope Pius IX's solemn proclamation of her Immaculate Conception by proclaiming herself to Saint Bernadette Soubirous to be the Immaculate Conception on March 25, 1858. And Our Lady's appearance in the Cova da Iria from May 13, 1917, to October 13, 1917, gave us Heaven's Peace Plan, one that runs through her Immaculate Heart.

We must endeavor at all times to fulfill, as far as we are able in this time of apostasy and betrayal, Our Lady's Fatima Message in our own lives, especially by praying as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit and by living penitentially as the consecrated slaves of her Divine Son through her own Immaculate Heart.

The era of apostasy and betrayal will end when the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is made manifest. We can play our roles, small though they may be, in helping to bring about this triumph.

Two books are nearing publication more or less simultaneously. I will have an original commentary within a few days thereafter, although "Naturally Absurd, part two" should keep anyone who is serious about reading it carefully busy for a little while.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death.

Saints Timothy, Hippolytus, and Symphorian, pray for us.

On the Feast of Saint Bernard of Clairvaux

This is a brief reflection about Saint Bernard of Clairvaux, who almost single-handedly revived devotion to Our Lady in the Twelfth Century and fought heresy with her maternal help and protection.

It is my current expectation to have volume five of To Live in Light of Eternity published in no less than four days. Thank you.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Bernard of Clairvaux, pray for us.

Revised and Expanded: Naturally Absurd, part two

[For some unknown reason, this commentary has been "unpublished" TEN different times! I did not "unpublish" it. Very strange. Anyhow, this commentary has undergone substantial editing and revision since its original posting on Sunday, August 16, 2020, the Feast of Saint Joachim and the Commemorations of the Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost and of Saint Roch.]

The organized crime family of the false opposite of the naturalist “left” will be meeting this week. They will nominate two-liked minded statist pro-aborts, pro-perverts for president and vice president, and they will adopt a radical platform.

So, what else is new?

This is what the organized crime family of the naturalist “left” has been doing since 1972, although, despite the George McGovern radicalized party platform, each of his two vice presidential running mates, United States Senator Thomas Eagleton (D-Missouri) and Robert Sargent Shriver (first director of the Peace Corps under his brother-in-law John Fitzgerald Kennedy) opposed abortion. Since then, it has been one radicalized platform after another.

So, it is only logical that this year’s will be worse the past.

Thus, I have no intention of subjecting myself to any of the agitation that this coming week will engender. While I may have something to write about it once the acceptance speeches are given by the fascists/Jacobins-in waiting, I am not going to waste my good Catholic time on the nightly events as I have in past years.

What is the point?

Indeed, some longtime readers might ask me what is the point of this long commentary that I am posting right now to remind them that false premises always lead to evil consequences. Always. Inevitably. Inexorably.

Why did I make this effort yet again?

Well, because I wanted to do so in the hope, perhaps furtive, that some people who are agitated about the current state of affairs that is occurring within the Providence of God to try, perhaps for the first time, to see the world through the eyes of the true Faith and to realize that our situation today did not occur overnight and will not disappear even if President Donald John Trump is reelected in November—or whenever it is the fraudulent vote count will be announced thereafter.

This is a long article that needs to be read carefully. One cannot simply skim this article. One must read it and take the time necessary to reflect on it in a spirit of peace and a spirit of dispassionate detachment from one’s presuppositions.

Our hope is Our Lady’s Most Holy Rosary and total consecration to her Divine Son through her own Immaculate Heart, not politics.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

Saint Joachim, pray for us.

Saint Joachim: God's Faithful Servant and Father of Our Lady

Saint Joachim, the father of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God and the Mediatrix of All Graces, knew the contempt that would be visited upon His Divine Grandson, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, sent himself into voluntary exile after he was denounced by a priest of the Old Dispensation for not producing a child after twenty years of marriage to his wife, our good Saint Anne.

It was during his exile that Saint Joachim was visited by an angel, who reminded him of the fact that Abraham's wife, Sarah, did not conceive a child until she was ninety years old, telling him that his wife, Saint Anne, would conceive a daughter named Mary, who would be the Mother of God. Saint Joachim and Saint Anne brought their daughter to the Temple when she was three years old, giving their long-awaited child back to the good God Who had given them to her so that she could be the Mother of their own Saviour, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This should teach us to do everything possible to foster vocations to the priesthood and the consecrated religious life among our children, so that we can give them back to God so as to yield a spiritual bounty of souls in His service, especially in this time of apostasy and betrayal.

Part two of "Naturally Absurd" will be published within a short time after this posting.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saints Joachim and Anne, pray for us!

Saint Roch, pray for us.
